Very well built. Light and very compact when folded. Cart is very responsive to remote control and can move quickly, so be sure to get comfortable with remote before operating in tight places. You can tell that a lot of energy and time went into the design. Also comes with high-quality accessories and a bag to carry and store the cart when folded. Once I received the cart and was able to assess it, I ordered a spare battery. The spare battery was out of stock online, but their support responded to me within a day and let me know more were now available. I will update this review once I get a few rounds in with it. Just used the cart on a very hilly and wet course. The battery lasted for the full 18 and it performed great using the remote and when walking behind it using the controls on the handle. It never tipped over but as expected turning when going across a steep hill was limited. I was surprised how much the cart saved my back and energy. Great cart. I just gave my bag boy nitro cart to my son because this cart provides all the same benefits but saves my back! Rounds on hilly courses no longer toast my back! I was skeptical until I used this cart.

I used it for nine holes the day after I received the cart. Easy to use and very stable. I ordered the custom seat while playing because I had to wait for many shots during my round. The seat works great. The only issue was the cart was poorly packaged for shipping. Just placed inside a reused box without packing. Luckily there was no damage. Looking forward to lots of play with it.

I have walked for years using a Sun Mountain pushcart, both 3 wheel and 4 wheels. I have always felt that it would be easier to walk with a remote-controlled cart. My problem was 2-fold, first all of the carts I had seen were way more than I was willing to pay and second the wheelbase on the rear wheels was way too narrow for my liking. I get a notice from Amazon featuring this cart. I check it out and am impressed with the price and the fact that the rear wheelbase was so wide, 30.5". After reading many of the reviews I ordered the cart. It arrived in the best carton I have ever seen. It was easy to assemble, and I was able to walk the yard with it. The battery was fully charged on arrival. The next day at the course I was unable to sync the remote with the cart and after getting it home I was able to figure it out. Used it the next day and was very happy. Battery showed 25% remaining and our course is approximately 6.5 miles. My next outing I again had a problem pairing and when I got home, I sent an email to customer support and they responded that day. Their response was first an apology for my having problems and second was a link to a Utube video that made the pairing so easy. I give to their customer service 10 stars for being responsive and helpful.

The traction on wheels aren’t favorable going downhill or wet grass! The remote worked well for 5 rounds then all of sudden started blinking red and not pairing even after fully charging it to a green light it automatically went to a blinking red light. I’m hoping the Mfg can provide a new remote. The cart works fine as a walk behind but not the reason why I bought this cart!! The cart does compact really well into my truck with my bag!

I am a senior golfer age 72. Used my cart for first time today and absolutely loved it! So much fun to walk without pushing the cart. I walked about 4 miles over the 18 holes and still had 50% battery remained. Cart is well built and easy to use. I used remote most of time and it's very easy to figure out and nice to use. Fairly easy to fold up and then easy to lift and put in car. I recommend this cart.
