I love the Kurt Geiger Violet-model tote bags. Over the years, I have accumulated several of them in different colors. They hold a lot, the handles are a perfect length to comfortably fit one's shoulder, and they are very durable. Plus, they don't cause me backaches.

This purse seemed worn on the inside. It wasn't such a big deal, but I decided for the money I would just return it. It wasn't worth it. After returning the purse, I was hit with a restocking fee to return used purse. It was listed as new. Is this something that's allowed?? Beautiful bag until the dye rubs off. This has happened with two different bags in two different colors, though both were metallic. I love this bag otherwise but it starts looking shabby too quickly.
