This does what it is supposed to. It's an air filter. It fits my 2010 Toyota Corolla just like it should. You can find comparable filters online, but it is cheaper than local options. I would recommend and purchase again.

The filter looks identical to OEM, it fits perfectly, looks so clean by comparison, and seems to be good on the engine... No issues, no alarm lights, and runs like a new OEM filter with a reduced price. If it matters, I replaced the air filter on my 2016 Toyota Corolla with 84000 miles. I figure that a clean air filter and clean oil will keep the car running for another decade. Cars aren't cheap these days and it is important to keep the car's health in tip-top-shape. As far as I can tell, this is pretty much the same kind of filter with the same quality as a Napa Gold air filter. As long as the product itself actually has those qualities, then this is a way to get those specs at half the price. I have no way to test if it has those specs, but I can say that having an air filter at all is going to be way better than not having one, so this one is at least better than that. Visually, it looks the same as the one I have in my car now, so the only thing left to test would be a direct performance comparison. If I can tell a significant difference between them, I'll update the review, but for now, it really does seem to be a good filter. ... show more

Perfect fit and the exact correct shape on the top, bottom, and the single squared corner (3 rounded). Just as heavy and breathable as the original. I would definitely purchase this again! As with any brand filter, when replacing, just carefully look at the one you are removing so that you know which side goes down (the one with the slight groove & smooth side up) and where the squared corner goes (toward the front passenger side). If you reverse it the filter box the cover will not seat correctly and you won’t be able to reattach the cover spring clips. ... show more

Easy to install! The air is cleaner I can tell already. I drive a 2009 Corolla. It was kind of hard to close the lid but I can’t blame that on this item because it fit perfectly. Cleaning your air filter can improve gas mileage and reduce west on your engine. Even if you get a 2% improvement in mileage, this is likely to pay for itself in a short time. Installed mine on a 2010 Corolla in under 2 minutes. Note the orientation of your removed filter, as one corner extends outward and there are 4 possible ways to insert it, with 3 being incorrect. ... show more
