I've had this machine for a few weeks now, so I feel comfortable giving a thorough review. Prior to this machine, I had a twin-tub machine for three years. I figured this would be an upgrade. Pros: -Clothes get clean, so it fulfills its primary objective -I like the color. -It makes cute musical noises when you turn it on and when it's done washing a load. Cons: -The clamp that comes on the drain hose is useless. Like many other reviewers have noted, it pops off and leaves you with a mess of water everywhere. I had to buy a new hose with a better clamp to make it work. -I am following all of the instructions, but there is still always water left in the machine after a wash. This is unsanitary and annoying. -The pause function completely turns off the machine, and you have to start all over. -The spinner doesn't do as good a job of spinning water out of clothes as what I am used to. How did my cheap twin-tub machine do a better job of spinning water out than this machine? With my twin-tub machine, clothes would be dry after only a few hours of hanging up and air drying because it did a great job of spinning excess moisture out of clothes. With this machine, I run the spinner two and three times, and it still leaves clothes more damp than they should be. Sometimes, my clothes are still damp the next day after air drying. Obviously, this creates a good environment for mildew to grow. I had to rewash a towel because it smelled like mildew after being damp for so long. And, I don't live in a humid environment. This has, by far, been the most annoying aspect of this machine. Do I have to spend another $300 now on a portable dryer that I have no room for in my small apartment? In conclusion, I really regret buying this particular machine. I am giving it a generous three stars because it does do the job of cleaning clothes. I got rid of the box and packing material it came in after I saw that it turned on, and I regret that because I couldn't return it as a result. I am honestly thinking of just swallowing the loss and going back to a twin-tub machine or maybe just a more highly rated single tub machine. I'm pretty unhappy with this purchase.

This machine is perfect for apartments. I previously had the double tub portable washer and this one is defined superior. Compared to the double tub this one gives a much bigger load of clothes. This machine is automatic which is great, it senses how much water the tub needs depending on how much clothes are in there. The only defects i’ve found to dislike are that the water hose it comes with is very short. It needs to be right next to a sink and the clamp that the drain hose comes with does not work well. The first time i used the washer i had a huge spill because the hose just popped off. The pressure of the drain was too hard for that clamp so we had to buy a better one. This new clamp actually works so because of that i am very happy with this purchase. I would recommend a dolly if you think that you will have to move the machine often because it is a little bit heavy.

The media could not be loaded. First I would like to start by saying , I’m so pleased with this purchase!! I’ve done 8 loads so far I had it for 3 weeks it washes better then the regular full size washing machine!! I think I saw a few comments about leaking and I so far didn’t have this problem. The drain hose if not fix properly can cause that so make sure you have it in good !! If you need to get something extra to maybe seal it that’s a good option also but this machine is really a life saver excellent for small spaces !!

After reading other reviews, I made some changes before I installed the unit. People complained about the clamp on the drain hose connecting the drain line. I m very happy with this machine

I did a lot of research and I found that this one was one of my top choices due to the size, capacity, and power. I love this washer so much it works better than most washers I have used. Cleans cloths and other garments very well. I love that you can select the level of water you want and the type of wash you prefer. I also enjoyed how easy it is to install. I also bought one for my mom for her business .
