In preparation for the holidays and the copious amount of upcoming wrapping, I purchased 16 rolls of tape. I gleefully thought “Why buy 8 rolls when I can have 16 rolls! I’ll have this forever and never have to buy tape again!”. The tape arrived promptly. My first impression was the tape was very thin and difficult to handle. But that’s ok. I’m descended from hearty stock and can weather such adversity. I wrapped my first batch of gifts and set them under our Christmas tree. As I started wrapping the second batch of gifts I noticed a flicker under the tree. A small movement at first, directly in front of the tree, then another larger more explosive burst further back around the tree skirt. What was happening to the gifts??? Like a scene from a horror movie, the presents were coming to life and contents were trying to escape. I could have sworn some of the gifts groaned the word “braiinnnssss”. I screamed and ran out of the house. After standing out in the snow for 40 minutes I mustered up the courage to investigate. All the presents were unwrapped. “How could that be?”, I wondered. “Was the tape not sticky enough or did it have some voodoo power to change good gifts to evil gifts?”, I pondered. It was too hard to tell. I knew what I had to do though. I had to buy new tape to replace the old tape. I had to make things right. The gifts are now rewrapped, peace has been restored. The 16 rolls of tape that I innocently mused about will indeed last me forever. No one will ever use the tape. I now store it in a safe place where it can never harm any gifts again.

I’m so glad I found this listing as I ran out of tape. I’m been selling online so of course I use a lot of tape for packaging. Quality of tape stickiness is pretty good. Pretty much about as strong generic tape I use for school. Great amount for the price! It’s about only 43 cents per roll!

I really wanted to like this tape because it seemed like a great value for the quantity. However, I had trouble getting it to work in my standard tape dispenser—it just wouldn’t tear properly no matter how I tried. It made using it frustrating, especially when I needed to wrap gifts quickly. I ended up having to return it. It might work fine for others depending on their dispenser, but unfortunately it just wasn’t the right fit for mine.

Terrible tape. The tape is too thick to be cut by the tape dispenser. Had to purchase Scotch brand. This is the first bad review I’ve ever written.
