I am in love with the yoga mat material on the soles of these flip flops. It is incredibly soft, squishy, and shock-absorbing, making each step feel cushioned and supported. The fabric straps are smooth and do not rub or cause blisters between my toes at all. It is so hard to find sandals that actually offer real orthopedic support, but these have a wonderful, contoured footbed that cradles my arches perfectly. Since wearing them, my foot fatigue and heel pain are completely gone. They fit securely, stay comfortable for hours of walking, and look great. The upper looks stylish, while the outsole has a fantastic non-slip grip that works beautifully on wet pool decks or sandy beaches. They hold up wonderfully to daily wear, wash off easily, and the straps don't stretch out over time. Finding this level of comfort and durability at this price point is an exceptional value! These are awesome! Just got them delivered so haven't gone on a trek with them yet, but they are super comfy so far! They are much thicker soles and more cushy than the cheap flip flops and the arch support is great. Not too little or too much. As for the size, I usually wear a 6.5 and size up to a 7 if need be. But having the arch support in the right place is CRUCIAL. So I looked at the size chart and measured by foot. It looked like a 6 in these was my measurements so I ordered a 6. So glad I did! They fit perfectly. If i got the 6.5 i fear the arch wouldn't have been in the right spot. So best advice... MEASURE YOUR FOOT AND COMPARE WITH THE COMPANY SIZE CHART. Some other reviews mentioned the lose cloth bands. I do see where those comments come from, although I dont forsee it being a problem. They are loose in that way so I wouldn't climb on rocks or anything where you need more stability. But they wont get hot and sweaty and rub like plastic ones can do. So all in all I think these will be fantastic for my upcoming trip to Kauai! ... show more

I bought these last minute for a trip to Aruba and I'm so glad I did!! They are fantastic beach flip flops! I absolutely love the fabric straps! When they get covered in sand, they do not feel like sandpaper against your feet. Really awesome beach flips! So easy to slide on and off, very cushy and super comfortable. I ordered my usual size in white and they fit perfectly. They are cute enough that I wore them at night also. They are "cheap" flip flips with foam soles, but not like dollar store flips at all. I am always a size 8 in boots, sandals, sneakers and read these ran large so ordered a size 7.5. They are still too big on me. I sent back for a 7 and I will update when I get those. They are very, very cute and comfortable! I love the cloth that goes over the foot!! That makes them seem a bit more fancy than regular flip flops. They also do sound like regular flip flops, so if you want a quiet sandal these are not for you. They are very cushioned and I can def feel the arch support. You will need to size down at least half size and maybe one whole size. The hardest thing for me was to pick a color! May have to get several pair! Just ordered my mom the dark blue and I know she will love them!!! Highly recommend, especially for the low price! Update: Got the 7 and are still too big. As I said, I got my mom the 6 so I tried them on and they are still a tad too big on me!!! BTW the sizes 8,7.5,7 and the 6 I can hardly see any difference whatsoever! They don't come in 5 1/2 so I am sending the 7 back for a 6 and keeping those just because they are so darn cute and comfortable! I also don't have a very thick foot so I wish the straps were a tad tighter, but I will deal with it. So, to sum up: Be sure to size down at least one size and maybe even two. Returns are easy, so maybe try a few different sizes! I haven't worn a size 6 since I was in about the 6th grade, so not sure what is going on with the sizing. very comfortable! Fit is true to size. The arch support helps to keep my plantar fasciitis at bay, with no pain. I can wear them all day in my classroom, where I am on my feet for long times. The soles are thick, but not unattractive. The material on the top straps of the flip flops are soft and stretchy, although not water resistant. I've worn them daily while running errands and to the beach, with minimal stretching. I do not recommend wearing on long distances or on uneven ground, out of fear of rolling an ankle. They do not have any ankle support. However, they do have terrific arch support. ... show more
