one of the most “slept on” pieces of equipment in most gaming setups. this pad has stitched edges and is good against spills so if your kid/friend/SO is messy then this is a great mousepad because… 1) low price 2) it’s easy to clean 3) looks good 4) works exactly like a standard mousepad should, just bigger (: Now… why should you NOT buy this? 1) it’s obviously not the highest quality product that there is to offer, so if you are someone who cares about the big small things like weave pattern and stuff like that, obviously just save ur money 2) long term durability. while my brother (the one i got the pad for) hasnt told me that he’s had any complications with the pad’s durability yet. one can imagine that these pads are not “built to last” the way that “premium” mousepads are. but ULTIMATELY this is subject to the individual using the pad. 3) it’s from amazon. if you want a good pad then get a “razer gigantus v2” or an “Artisan mousepad” or something along those lines, yes you’ll spend more but you will enjoy your product 10x more as well. I was using a much smaller, traditional-sized mouse pad before purchasing the black, non-LED version of this mouse pad. I bought the smallest version and it has plenty of room for a full-sized keyboard and still has more room for the mouse to move around than I had with my previous mousepad. The mousepad came in a long box and it had to be unrolled. The pad was mostly flat, but some small spots were a little bent and needed time to settle down. I haven't really put anything on it for any extended periods to flatten it out and it seems to have mostly flattened over a few weeks. The mouse glides over it fairly easily. There's some resistance, but not enough to really impede your performance. The right feet on your mouse would have it gliding over this kind of material. ... show more
