Features
- H-H PICKUPS: Compare with ordinary single coils, the humbuckers with two coils would reject noise and interference using phase cancellation. With a round and full tone, the classic H-H pickup of the bass guitar also guarantees it's suitable for most musical styles, such as Blues and Pop and Heavy Metal
- 3 WAY PICKUP SELECTOR: This bass guitar has chrome rotary controls for the volume and tone. The 3 way pickup selector changes the bass guitar tone between front, rear and both humbucker pickups, supporting you to create music or play more easily
- UNIQUE BODY SHAPE: This electric bass guitar has been modified from the classic IB-Style guitar for better ergonomics so you can turn the knobs more comfortably when you sit down to play. The glossy finish with pretty curves is built to last and does not easily scratch
- CONFORTABLE HAND-FEELING: Due to the overall three-dimensional cutting method, this bass guitar achieves overall lightweight and improves the comfort of playing. Compared to ordinary bass, our guitar neck adopts a C-shaped design for a fantastic hand feeling
- ALL IN ONE BOX: The 4 string bass guitar kit features everything you need to get started, including a portable bag, an adjustable strap, a cable with noise reduction, a wrench Tool and a plectrum. No assembly is required so you can play immediately upon unpacking the box

I am a 54 year old metalhead that is finally learning how to play the Bass guitar. I'm still very new and getting more comfortable each day playing. I'm around 7 weeks in. I have a really nice 40 year old shortscacle Bass but I also wanted a full size to learn on. So I found this one on Amazon. I read some of the reviews and decided to get one. The price is decent, just about 100 with shipping. It arrived in factory fresh condition in a decent Styrofoam lined box. The brand on the guitar is Garry. I've seen them listed too on Amazon and they look the same so I'm not worried about it. The guitar body is very light. The finish is nice and has no flaws. The neck is very solid and smooth. It felt top-heavy at first but I got used to it after the first time playing. It has been mentioned in other reviews about a gap between where the neck meets the body. Mine has a tiny gap too. I'm not worried about it. The neck is solidly attached. How it sounds. I plugged it in straight out of the box. Tuned the strings with a clip on tuner and started playing. It sounded good, like a bass. It just sounded like it was a little dull. I played with the knobs some and was ok with it. Every night I'm practicing with it, getting more comfortable with it and liking how it feels. I did put a better strap on as the one that came with it was not that comfortable. Last week I had it tuned/setup at a guitar shop. It made a noticable difference. I don't know all of what was done to it but it feels better. Strings are closer to the fretboard and comfortable to use. Other reviews mentioned replacing the strings. I didn't since I am still learning. The sound has improved too. It sounds like it has what was missing more depth, less dull. I definitely recommend a tune. I think this will last me long enough to save up for a really nice full size Bass. **UPDATE** I did replace the strings with Ernie Ball Regular Slinky strings. More comfortable and a slight improvement in the sound.

I recently purchased a 4 string electric bass guitar for my son and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of this instrument. Not only is it visually stunning, with a sleek and modern design, but the sound it produces is simply amazing. The guitar is incredibly lightweight and easy to handle, making it perfect for beginners like my son. The neck is smooth and comfortable to play, and the strings are perfectly spaced, allowing for quick and easy finger movement. The pickups produce a rich, full sound that can be adjusted with ease to suit any playing style or musical genre. What I really appreciate about this bass guitar is the attention to detail that has gone into its design. The hardware is top-notch, with high-quality tuning keys and a solid bridge that keeps the guitar in tune even during intense playing sessions. The finish is flawless and the overall build quality is superb. In conclusion, if you're looking for a great bass guitar for a beginner or intermediate player, I highly recommend this 4 string electric bass guitar. It's a fantastic instrument that offers both great sound and excellent value for money. I'm confident my son will enjoy playing it for many years to come.

I was playing around in garage band and wanted to record different instruments. I tried to play the bass line with guitar but the sound did not work, I needed a cheap solution and this helped. It is very light, good bass. No buzzing, no issues, does the trick. it may be a great learning instrument for beginners as well

Although inexpensive this is well made. Great for a beginner or regular player to use. The fret ends are nice and clean, the neck is straight. It did need a minor set up when I got it but that was easy to take care of. The pickups may seem a little weak if you are used to more expensive guitars, but they are fine for practice and party gigs. Good buy, well worth the money.

I'll call it a "fortunate mistake", but at least it happened in my favor. What I ordered was the Ktaxon 4-string bass patterned after a well-known Ibanez bass and I chose "sunset" as the color as it was $10.00 less than any of the other colors I looked at, at least it was at the time I ordered it. What I received was a white Glarry-branded bass of the same model, and the white one was the one I would have ordered had it been the same price. The bass needed only minor adjustments (done by me) to make it very playable, although it played well right out of the box. That the bass is made by Glarry isn't a surprise, I suspected as much after reading several reviews. My experience removed any doubts I might have had, and playing it removed any doubts I might have had as to the quality of the bass. I love it and I think you will, too. The fretwork on mine is wonderful and the finish is flawless. The basswood body is very light and resonates nicely, and I play the bass on my lap and haven't experienced any terrible "neck dive" some people have mentioned. It plays well when used with a strap, too. That companies in Asia can produce guitars of this build quality, at the prices they charge, is amazing to me. I'm happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from Glarry/Ktaxon again.
