Install went smooth in the garage. Yielded exactly 2" lift to the front after a shakedown ride. I did use an angle grinder to shave down the tops of the strut bolts that stick up because they are taller than the 1" spacer when you bolt them together. I was afraid leaving the long studs would have created more lift and the top of the collar would have rest inside the tower on the the three strut bolt tips instead of the billet spacer. Threw this on my tacoma, kept all the stock suspension. So it rode like factory, however shock upgrades would be great if you choose that route. Put on 17" wheels on 285/70r17 bfg all terrains. Easy install, no vibrations or noises, overall great cheap kit if you want the look for your tacoma!

Great product so far. Easy, great price and fast shipping. I’ve noticed a little noise, especially with u or sharper turns but nothing too bad. As others have mentioned the 2 inches ends up making it look a little high. If i were to do it again i would definitely go with the 1.5 inch. I’m assuming it’s going to look a fairly silly loaded up now but we will see. ... show more

This pic was before settling roughly 12 hours after installing; the 2” kit was not exactly level but close. Front will be slightly lower than the rear but better than factory in my opinion.

Solid kit especially for the price. Front spacers are solid aluminum (looks billet machined) and rears are steel that are powercoated or something similar. When I first received them, I put the 2 rear spacers next to each other to compare dimensions which came out nearly perfect. I like that the rear spacers come PRE TAPERED so you DON'T have to buy any rear axle shims separately to help the drive line angles after lifting. Installed these spacers with Freedom Off-road upper control arms which I greased with Lucas red tacky grease. Also added some cheap front sway bar aluminum drop brackets from Amazon to give the sway bar system more clearance and better matching angle. After getting an alignment, my truck is near perfect with 3+ degrees of caster. Overall very happy with my "budget" lift setup and only mod I had to do was cut the U bolts since the threading ends were extra long by 2" or so. Future update review before end of 2021. Bought my Tacoma only 2 months ago with stock Sport suspension. Had slight rubbing issues with 265 75R16 KO2s but after the lift and UCAs, my truck looks awesome with the perfect amount of wheel well clearance for minor off roading. ... show more
