I had originally posted a review claiming this was not a full kit and needed to have sway bar links added because the originals wouldn't work. This information came from a shop who had installed the kit for me while they were doing other things to my Jeep. They had removed the sway bar and gave the Jeep back to me to drive until I got the extended sway bar links in. Anyways I installed the sway bar back myself and was going to install the new sway bar links I got in, only to realize the originals did work and was given bad information from the shop I had taken it to. The lift looks great for the money you just need to buy sway bar links longer or adjustable. Also the nut on top of the rear spacer is a little tough to get started because of the small space. Could be because I have fat hands?

    • Correct Jack's
The first side took a bit to figure out what I was doing, but other than that it was easy to install. Took about 3 hours to do the entire Jeep. However I was not using the required Jack's needed to make the procedure easy. But if you have the right Jack's, you can probably do the job in 1.5 hours.

Front shock extension brackets needed redrilled a little bit in order to get the side and bottom hole to all align correctly but was an easy fix. Directions are not good but there are plenty of YT videos available for similar kits. I had 2 bolts/washers left over that I'm not sure where they would have gone (long black allen head bolts). Overall it took about 2.5 hours to install in my shop using jack and jack stands and basic tools. ... show more

It’s quick and easy. I don’t understand these reviews saying it took 4-5 hours. Jack your jeep up and put Jack stands under the frame. Remove the wheels. Put the jack under the axle to raise and lower it. Remove the brake line clips from the frame. Remove the bottom bolt from the front shocks and the top bolts from the rear shocks. Disconnect the sway bar. Lower your axles. Springs come right out. Mine also went right back in with the spacers without a spring compressor. The rear handbrake cable makes the rear a little more difficult going back but I just put pressure on top of the axle to push it down a little further. The whole job took exactly 2.5 hours. If you can do routine maintenance on your jeep you can definitely do this with ease. As you can see in the pictures it made a huge difference in the look. It drives and handles exactly the same as before but definitely get an alignment. ... show more

Awesome product for the money. My Jeep looks amazing now, instructions weren't worth a dime though. Crappy instructions are the only reason it's not getting five stars
