Perfectly Leveled my 2019 F150 with hand tools and a jack/jack stands. This took me about 5 hours but I think it would have taken 3 if I had not run into a few issues. First, my sway bar links did not want to cooperate and I fumbled with those a good 2 hours. Ended up needing to replace them. Second, I did the method where I dropped the lower control arm by its two bolts. Super east, drop those bolts and the tie rod end and its super easy. Very easy to get back together as well. Never disconnected the ball joint or the axel. No need to. My second issue was the second lower control arm didnt want to go back into place but eventually did. Other than those two minor issues this was really easy. Hardest part was finding an 18mm socket and a thin 18mm wrench for the new moog sway bar links. Highly recommend this. Very easy to do if you have some know how and the tools. My f150 looks so much better leveled. It made a huge difference and wish I had done it sooner.

The install on these is somewhat difficult unless you are willing to loosen your lower control arms. I did not want to mess with my alignment that much, so I did not. Otherwise, I highly recommend that you go ahead and remove the CV axle nut and slide the CV axle out at the hub side or you will be fighting it the whole time. The other tip I would give is to soak the lower shock studs with penetrating oil and hammer them out after removal. I replaced them with 1/2”x3” Grade 8 bolts, lock washers and nuts when reinstalling.
