**FINAL UPDATE:** After posting my original review, Krute 's customer service team almost immediately reached out - within an hour, I believe. I've never had a company respond that soon! That shows great attention to customer feedback! They began the conversation by outright offering a full refund and soon after, followed up asking for details regarding product damages. After explaining the issue and offering documentation of the damage, their customer service team once again offered to rectify the issue by providing a full refund while allowing me to keep the product. They also mentioned that they'll be forwarding my feedback to their manufacturing division to improve the product, which honestly makes me feel heard for once. What a breath of fresh air! While I may have received a faulty product, it's clear this company cares and wants to produce quality product. I'll be buying from Krute again and have adjusted my rating to 5 stars because this experience shows that they care and that they'll right any wrongs. Thank you, Krute customer support team! **UPDATE 1:** The seller has contacted me directly and is currently working to rectify the issue. I will update here as needed. **ORIGINAL REVIEW:** Suitcase showed up broken. It doesn't appear to be shipping damage, the boxes were pristine. The issue is that one of the latches refuses to function properly. After setting the code and latching the case, I'm unable to rotate the dials - meaning the latch is permanently stuck on the correct combination and can be opened with a push of a button. Okay, I don’t know why I’m so excited to write a review about a carry-on but, this might be the best luggage purchase I have ever made. Period. I travel for work. ALOT. (More than is healthy I think, tbh) My last one lasted me a while, another Amazon only brand, that I almost bought another however, I own the check sized version of this same Krute aluminum luggage and that thing is bulletproof so when I saw this carry on version for such a low price, I decided to buy the matching one. I am seriously blown away with this little thing! It is light, extremely well made, as strong a handle and wheels as you are going to find anywhere and, no freaking zippers!! It has a center divider that makes it super functional for separating your dirty/ clean clothes and you will be amazed at how much you can fit in this little guy! The wheels and handle are super strong and easy to maneuver while rolling. It also comes with an extra wheel inside in case of emergencies. It looks cool, like a James Bond 007 suitcase, and easy to use and clean. Last but not least, it also has a USB and USB C charging port on the outside, complete with a water proof rubber cover and a cord inside you can connect to a charging brick! For the money, I promise you will not find a better carry on anywhere. From someone who travels almost daily, my other Krute luggage seems indestructible and this carry-on is no different. I’m love this bag. It rolls well, looks great and is holding up well. The only thing is that you can’t close it if you over fill it at all. Latch works great and so does the locks. Easy to use and the size is great for a carry on bag.

I really like this carry one suitcase. The zipper-less design feels secure and looks sleek. No more worrying about broken zippers. It's well made. rolls smoothly. It comes with a extra wheel. Happy with this purchase.

Horrible do not buy this we got a set of 4 and all the lock will not work and you will have the most horrible time open this at th end you have to bust th lock and suitcase will never close

It's a lot smaller then expected and this is by no means anywhere close to what you can get on a carry on bag. It's plastic and not thick. It does seal and has no zippers and they give you an extra wheel.

This carryon luggage is pretty good. It is very sturdy and capacity is large. The black color is good for me and my husband as well. The wheels are very flexible and are easy to make turn. Great buy for this price! Highly recommended!

Love the design, has passcode one the side, have some part for hold bags or some bag, and also four corners has aluminum alloy protectors. Inside has organized bag. Also suitcase outside looks very soild.
