Okay, I don’t know why I’m so excited to write a review about a carry-on but, this might be the best luggage purchase I have ever made. Period. I travel for work. ALOT. (More than is healthy I think, tbh) My last one lasted me a while, another Amazon only brand, that I almost bought another however, I own the check sized version of this same Krute aluminum luggage and that thing is bulletproof so when I saw this carry on version for such a low price, I decided to buy the matching one. I am seriously blown away with this little thing! It is light, extremely well made, as strong a handle and wheels as you are going to find anywhere and, no freaking zippers!! It has a center divider that makes it super functional for separating your dirty/ clean clothes and you will be amazed at how much you can fit in this little guy! The wheels and handle are super strong and easy to maneuver while rolling. It also comes with an extra wheel inside in case of emergencies. It looks cool, like a James Bond 007 suitcase, and easy to use and clean. Last but not least, it also has a USB and USB C charging port on the outside, complete with a water proof rubber cover and a cord inside you can connect to a charging brick! For the money, I promise you will not find a better carry on anywhere. From someone who travels almost daily, my other Krute luggage seems indestructible and this carry-on is no different. Buy it.

Excellent carry on suitcase! Got it for a cross country flight because I needed something that was approved to carry on and that was sturdy and roomy enough and this was perfect! It’s not only super sturdy but it’s absolutely stunning to look at! The solid frame is also great, no zippers to break which is why I chose this one. Quality is amazing! It fits way more than it looks like so it’s a definite win win! Highly recommend!

Case looks great, feels sturdy, and is actually lightweight. Rolls great, the retractable arm is solid and tucks away clean. The item itself meets all expectations given the high price tag relative to comparable Amazon products. Customer service on the other hand far exceeded expectations. My bag 'popped' out at a corner - essentially blew out at the corner of the abs/pc shell. Same corner as a wheel. It was clearly from a big fall while in transport between multiple airports (24" bag, checked in, not carry on) - at least that's my theory. (Regardless, at whatever point in airport-to-airport transport it broke, although it sheared at a corner, it stayed whole - my belongings remained intact and contained. This says something profound to be honest.) Anyhow, while still at the airport I noticed it, snagged a picture, and sent it to Krute before I began my commute home. I messaged them on Amazon and was provided a direct email address. Their responses were timely and they were fluent in my native language. After showing a picture and providing order number, they quickly shipped me a replacement. No questions asked. They didn't ask who broke it, why I think it broke, if I mistreated it, etc - they just asked me where I wanted it shipped. I already received the replacement and opened it, so this review wasn't part of a barter. In the end I have a new bag (which is still warranted I've been advised) and still technically have the damaged bag. I wouldn't use the broken one to travel via airline, but maybe for a road trip? Nonetheless, at the very least, I have some spare wheels for my replacement! The product is great and service even better. For this, I will be adding the matching 20" carry-on to the arsenal.

I was very excited to take this on my on upcoming trip, however, currently I'm very frustrated because one of the locks was very easy to set. No problem, followed the instructions and it works like a dream. The other lock, on the other hand, I've reset five or six times and it would Not stay locked. It would reset so the new code would open it, and allow the reset button to toggle... But then when I went to close it and spin the dial every other combination just opened too... Since it wasn't going to be secure I kept trying and now it's even worse because the reset option is no longer working with any of the three combinations I tried. I didn't use any other combinations and I definitely didn't reset it something else. So apparently now the lock is just completely broken and useless and I've never even used the suitcase once. I am very disappointed and feel like I wasted my money here. I finally figured out an email to try for a customer service from the instructions that came with it, but I will update if they answer me. Update: So I will give them full credit for having great customer service! Quick response time. I did actually receive an entirely brand new suitcase shipped quick and this one does work perfectly! I have not had the chance to actually take it on a trip yet, but the lock set perfectly on the first try No problem. The wheels work great. Everything else about it seems to be good working order and I am very pleased with it.

The luggage is just the right size for a weekend get-away. I usually over pack and it held all of my clothes without even using the extender zipper. Zippers worked well with no issues. The handle extends to several positions for easier pulling. The wheels were amazing. Very smooth and swivels quickly. I have a few luggages that work as carry on for flights. Wanted something larger for road trips so got this. The size worked well for four few days of clothes for two people without expanding. I imaging if I expanded it, it would accommodate almost a week's clothes. The spinner wheels rolled smoothly even on carpet and sidewalks, and the suitcase was steady when it is standing. The handle adjusts easily and locks into place without getting stuck. The hard shell is hard but not does not add too much to the weight. I think it will be able to deal with the rough handling of airport check-in. I like the color a lot. It is a good buy and I would recommend it
