Okay, I don’t know why I’m so excited to write a review about a carry-on but, this might be the best luggage purchase I have ever made. Period. I travel for work. ALOT. (More than is healthy I think, tbh) My last one lasted me a while, another Amazon only brand, that I almost bought another however, I own the check sized version of this same Krute aluminum luggage and that thing is bulletproof so when I saw this carry on version for such a low price, I decided to buy the matching one. I am seriously blown away with this little thing! It is light, extremely well made, as strong a handle and wheels as you are going to find anywhere and, no freaking zippers!! It has a center divider that makes it super functional for separating your dirty/ clean clothes and you will be amazed at how much you can fit in this little guy! The wheels and handle are super strong and easy to maneuver while rolling. It also comes with an extra wheel inside in case of emergencies. It looks cool, like a James Bond 007 suitcase, and easy to use and clean. Last but not least, it also has a USB and USB C charging port on the outside, complete with a water proof rubber cover and a cord inside you can connect to a charging brick! For the money, I promise you will not find a better carry on anywhere. From someone who travels almost daily, my other Krute luggage seems indestructible and this carry-on is no different. Buy it.

I purchased the zipper-free Krute Aluminum frame 28" suitcase with double TSA approved locks as a gift for my husband who was was devastated that his nearly $1K designer, lifetime guarantee suitcase cracked on a recent flight. He is now so much happier with this terrific piece of Krute luggage - constantly stopped and complimented on it by fellow travelers! The design dimensions are so very sleek- not at all unwieldy or off-balance like most large luggage. Maneuverability is super smooth and effortless. Packing space is abundant with the slightly deeper halves so that taller items like boots fit perfectly. Interior material and zippers/mesh all thoughtfully placed and of first class quality. The 2 exterior TSA locks and aluminum frame are heavy duty solid- no more worries about a zipper splitting. I am beyond -expectations-pleased with this purchase. Photos included are after 10 (!) international flights- still looks brand-new! Krute customer service has been very attentive with product registration details, etc..- very reassuring. I am going to order one for myself immediately!

I really like this luggage The aluminum frame feels solid and secure, and I love that it doesn’t use zippers—much easier and safer to open and close. The hard shell is lightweight but durable, and the wheels roll very smoothly through airports. The green color looks modern and clean, the 24 Inch Checked size is very convenient. it also has a USB and USB C charging port on the outside, complete with a water proof rubber cover and a cord inside you can connect to a power bank, A great value for frequent travelers.

Solid suitcase for the price you pay for. We flew to the Dominican Republic and it did have some minor damages (dents) but overall it is quite sturdy. The wheels run smooth and it was has ample space to pack clothes for two people.

Updated March 2, 2026: I loved it so much, I bought another! After a successful Aruba trip, my bag still looks brand new. Compared to other suitcases I own, this one held up nicely. You lose a slight amount of space with latches instead of zippers but I feel this is more sturdy and secure. It is also so light and a pleasure to travel with. I'm going away again next month. This time with two of these babies! I will replace my entire suitcase collection. Original Review: I purchased the 28inch suitcase and so far I am impressed. I already had a carryon aluminum suitcase from another company that I enjoyed because it didn't have a zipper. I wanted the same thing for my checked luggage so I got this case. The aluminum is light, the latch closure is strong, all my clothes fit beautifully and the quality of the materials used is obvious. I have yet to take my flight but I can tell this will hold up so much better than my plastic luggage. The wheels run smooth and the hook on the side is perfect as I'm making my way to and from the airport. The price was also excellent for the quality and sturdiness. I was very happy with the value I got for my buck. This might get scuffed over time the way the airports handle luggage but I doubt it will get damaged or scratched the way my plastic luggage does. Functional and easy to change the combination. So far, I love this item!
