It is better than I expected from the reviews. I appreciate all of the positive reviews. They gave me faith to get it . I am not dissatisfied. I have no snow yet but it balances and holds and glides the way I want it to on my carpet, and I know that the snow will be most fun. I also like that my feet are free too. I was going to get one with the foot straps but I’m old school and I like the freedom of it. Maybe one day I will get the other but for now this is awesome. Like a skateboard without wheels. It’s durable and strong too. The surface for the foot is almost like sandpaper so there is a grip and having it point up on both ends will be amazing Whrn it is time to go. I recommend big time.     • Snow Skate is a hit for the whole family.
I bought it for my husband because they were upset about not being able to skateboard in the snowy winter. They have snowboarded before but never snowskated. It's a wonderful activity and they actually have gotten me and our son on it. Surprisingly we all enjoy it.

This is wonderful! Grandson likes it better than snowboard. The only drawback is if you fall than the board goes flying due to not having the bindings like a snowboard.

This snowskate is not as impressive or fun as a “real” wooden snowskate like an Icon or Ambition brand. But it is a bit cheaper. It’s pretty flexible - which is fine for just riding down a hill - but makes doing any tricks much harder. Better for kids than adults - adults should get a more solid wooden snowskate ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Tween and teen took these right out of the box and started shredding. Board is heavy duty. Stable. Lots of speed and fun! Highly recommend!
