I’m learning how to do the dip powder, it’s coming along slowly. The shape is everything don’t have to file much. Quality, thickness and sizing is good.I was attempting to do the marble look😂 the colors above are 413, 661 and 667.

Nails aren't my profession, just a slight obsession. I don't usually wear falsies, but look at me now! hehe. Truth is, I actually had all my natural nails grown out long, until a couple on my dominant hand broke and betrayed me. I've now (somewhat) affectionately named those two nails, Karen and Karyn. 🙄 I purchased this set of tips to attempt repairs on the broken nails, in hopes that I could keep all my nails the same length. I used IBD brand 5 second Brush-on Glue to adhere them, and then overlayed 2 coats of Orly Gel FX Bodyguard to add structure. {The nail tip on my index finger has been on for 3 weeks in these pictures (and I'd just done an infill). My middle nail is shown freshly applied, with a few pics of her having work done.} They're by no means perfect - but I did everything here with my *non-dominant* hand. The only issue I encountered with these is the corner edges (along the outsides of the tips) kinda stick up. No matter how much glue I used, or how hard I pressed them down, they wouldn't stick flush to the nails. I just trim those edges off with nail clippers. One other thing to note - these tips have a pretty pronounced C-curve. (Some of my natural nails are on the flat side, but I've never had any issues with the finished enhancements lifting or popping off.) 💅 PROS: • Flexible & strong, but thin & extremely easy to blend • Haven't had any cracking after 3+ weeks of wear • Set of 100 tips comes inside a nice storage box • Tips are pre-sorted & numbered by size • XLong tips can be cut & filed into any shape/length you want • Great price! • Convenient PRIME shipping CONS: • Corner edges of the tips don't sit flush to the nail, which requires trimming • Some tips have factory burrs, (like most plastic nails in this price range), but they file off easily SUMMARY: I wasn't really expecting to like these as much as I do, but they are easy to work with and have held up great so far. I think these are perfect for both hobbyists and salon professionals. I would definitely repurchase and I highly recommend! 👍🏼 ... show more

I took one star off for some colors that were not included. Like others have said, don't advertise something that won't come exactly as pictured. The teal, dark purple, and a shade of yellow didn't come in my particular package. I read the reviews and took the chance and ordered anyway. I'm not disappointed at all. As far as quality, these are really great! Nice and sturdy. I can't even count how many boxes of nails I have from different shops here on Amazon and these are top notch and strong! Even though the colors were a bit off, that will not deter me from buying again. I would definitely recommend and plan to keep these in my stash at all times. Oh also, I personally think it's great that size zero was replaced with size 10. I don't remember reading that in any reviews but it was a pleasant surprise as I NEVER use size zeros. ... show more

I have no clue what I’m doing usually, so take my review with a grain of salt. Haha. I’ve read other reviews about how flimsy they are and how they don’t stick. My nails never last longer than 4 days because, again, I have no idea what I’m doing. I usually use base gel to glue my tips on, but can’t with black because the UV light doesn’t go through that well. I used nail glue this time. Didn’t have any problem with getting them to stick cause i used base gel on my nails first. I tried builder gel and poly gel. I don’t notice much difference. They are flimsy, but that’s an easy fix by strengthening it with clear builder gel or base gel. I think they’re super cute! ... show more

I love these because they’re soft and not so stiff. That way it has an easier time adhering to the tip of your nails. Depending on how good the glue you have you can easily adhere it to your nails in the shape that you have. They also last a long time! I have not dealt with it popping off, or tearing, or chipping. Super good for beginners and it comes in a nicely organized case that is also easy to store. It comes with a lot of nails so it’s good for the price. ... show more
