I've had these for a little over a year & am just now able to wear them as I purchased the wrong size gauge & was too much of a wuss to fully pop it thru. I ended up getting it done, teared up real bad, but that's the price you pay to play with your nose. All of the little gems are so cute & the best part is I havent ripped the one out since I put it in abt 3 ish months ago. My other ones were being ripped out daily getting caught of the smallest of things. I've been wearing the little purple gemstone as it's my fave color, but am planning to switch out soon. No irritation, no color change of the metal, no inside stinky smell (if you have a septum you esp know the smell) perfect size for my nose as well so it draws attention but not a smack in the face like "look at me! i have nose ring!" I didn't wear my nose ring for about 6 years and I decided it's time to see if my hole is still opened! Welp! It is, these are a super cute set! They don't fall off at night as some other rings I did have in the past did. It takes seconds to take out and pop back in. Even if I rub my nose these rings don't fall out. I love that they have cute stones and I can wear it to work. I'll be ordering more! 10/13/20 Review update ! I ordered a second package because I love these too much! I love these! After many, many years (at age 63!), I finally got my nose pierced again. They've changed the design so that a little extra ball of metal (whatever metal is being used) on the end of the post keeps it from coming loose, while holding it in place when blowing your nose, or simply scratching it. These multie colored stones, in differing sizes, is making it so much fun to accessorize my outfit with my jewelry. They are great! I imagine there are people with allergies to certain metals, but there are plenty of options to go with .925 silver or 10-14k white and/or yellow gold. The options are endless! ... show more

These are super cute, and easy to put in and take out. However you probably won’t have to take them out, because I’ll fall out. They are soooo tiny. My nose is on the smaller side and these keep popping right out. If your not careful you will loose them all super quick.
