I bought these shoes because I needed a cheap shoe to wear while I worked on my farm. I would definitely buy them again. They are comfortable and flexible. They don't have a lot of cushioning but I kind of like that. They also run narrow, which fit me is great. I have skinny feet and they are usually swimming in my shoes. These fit very well. They have held up to taking lumber out of the woods and climbing in and out of the tractor. If you have narrow feet these might be just right. ... show more

    • I’ve worn more comfortable shoes on hikes

I like the way the shoes look and the reflective strips. I also like the tread which grips well on rocky wet terrain. When I put them on at home I thought there were as comfortable as bedroom slippers. I went for a 7.5 mile hike in these and after about 2 miles, I found that the balls of my feet started to feel as if I was getting a large blister. I tightened the laces, and this helped some, but my feet were pretty sore for most of the hike. I also found that in that area it felt as though the soles were a little bit thin and any rock that I stepped on seemed to go almost right through to my feet. I’m going to get a set of inserts to see if that helps with Comfort, but right now I would say these are not the best trail running or hiking shoes I’ve seen. I should mention that when I got home and took off the shoes. I did not have a blister, it was just simply that the bottom of my feet were sore. I should also say that I only broke these in for about an hour before going on a hike so it is possible that the second hike will be better. ... show more

What can I say. I am flat footed but love to run. I've used different brands but yet can't seem to find a pair that fitsy needs. First time putting them on I can feel the soul comfort my foot. Lightweight and they look nice. Other thing is the bottom of shoe. I run on different surfaces from dirt, pavement, gravel, and concrete. They feel great on gravel and loose dirt.     • Nice looking shoe, runs a bit small IMO.

Nice looking shoe, seems well made. In my opinion run about 1/2 a size small. Now that may change once they break in, but initally toes are right against the front. And I had a strange issue with the insole of the left shoe where the bottom of my heal felt like it was on fire. Not sure if it was the logo on the insole that did it, but I couldn’t wait to get that shoe off. Unfortunately it was during a 9 hour drive. And did leave some redness on my heal. I havn’t worn them since to determine if it will do it again. But I will edit this comment if it does. Light weight, good casual shoe. ... show more
