Update: Stopped functioning entirely 4 days after return period ended. Worst waste of money in my life. So far so good. I’m very pleased with my purchase. I’m pretty handy so it was like kindergarten setting it up and attaching modifications to make it work for my space. I’m replacing a Panda washer with this one and honestly I like this one much better assuming it lasts the same 5 years my Panda lasted and there are no future issues. No leaks, larger capacity than my panda which was a 17 pound loader. I used to jam that thing too full and had to add extra water with buckets but this one I put about the same amount in and it’s all nice and free to move around in there which is why I ordered the 25 pound capacity. Super happy with this. The only flaws I noticed was a spot of what looked like hot glue on the back which was easy to peel off, there’s a discoloration on the front in the plastic that looked like something bumped it pretty good but it doesn’t affect use or bother me (much), and there was some sort of red powder underneath the protective plastic stickers that looked more like paprika than rust. Rust would be made more sense because of the leftover water in the unit from the manufacturer testing the functionality so not sure what that was. I made sure not to touch it and I wiped the entire unit well with dish soap and water.

Originally, I bought this same washer ( in the pic ), this past February. The washer was great, EXCEPT, it leaked. After coming in contact with the seller and explaining the issue; they offered me a full refund. I liked the machine and preferred a replacement. Within 5 DAYS of speaking w/ the seller- I had a replacement!!! This one has NO LEAKS!!!! I am very IMPRESSED with both the seller & this machine!! I’m not new to portable washer/dryers. When buying this one I was a little skeptical at the price but the last few I had bought were much more expensive and I was curious if I was throwing money away. After using the this machine, I was wasting money! This machine, in some respects, is better than the other ones I’ve used. The basin is larger & more programs to choose from and I can wash blankets and sheets in this one! I recommend this machine 💯!!!

I got the machine today. I was so excited but I’m so disappointed right now. I couldn’t connect the L shaped connector to the machine. It doesn’t fit well. It’s leaking non stop. It doesn’t drain it. How can I use it if I have to keep the drain hose on the ground to drain? I don’t recommend it to anybody! I would give zero stars if it was possible! I don’t have a car, I can’t drop off to return it. I’ll trash it.

This washing machine is one of the very best purchases I have ever made on Amazon. Believe me, that is saying a lot considering how much I order from Amazon!! I have been using this machine for 8 months without a single issue. It makes me happy every time I use it. I have a bit of a unique situation with the machine. We bought this machine to have as a second washer and it is used outdoors. We built a pantry type cabinet for it and set it on concrete. It drains directly out to gravel. We leave the drain hose stretched out and keep steel wool in the opening when not in use. We only have cold water going to it. We do a huge amount of outdoor work and our clothes can get extremely dirty. I didn’t want to put these clothes in my “good” washer! Plus, we have a dog that sheds like crazy, and we live in a windy place that blows dirt and sand into all of our outdoor pillows, throw, etc. This washer has gone way beyond any expectations I had. I have never failed to take anything out of the washer that is not squeaky clean. I just can’t believe what a great job it does - and with only cold water. The amount it holds is very surprising. All of the controls work perfectly. There are so many options on this machine. It does everything! The clean and self drying cycles are an added bonus. The lint trap really grabs the dog hair and makes it easy to dispose of. I just cannot say enough good things about this washing machine. It is such a joy and a pleasure to own and use it. Also, it was delivered quickly and packaged extremely well. I did a lot of research on portable washers before making my purchase. I am so happy that I bought this one. Actually, I find I am using it more and more for things I used to wash in my other washer. I know everyone has different situations and experiences, but for me, I could not be happier. What a wonderful thing to have clean laundry without going to the laundromat! This hooked up easily to my bathroom sink and I kept the hose at the level and angle they specified and also put a lint trap on the end- would highly recommend the lint trap! Drained it into the toilet bowl with the lid closed ( bowl was clean, of course! ). I’ve done sheets for a queen bed, futon covers, towels, pants, etc. all come out amazing and clean! Tried a deep clean, regular and quick wash all with 1/2 oz of laundry detergent- just as you would for an HE washer. Doesn’t take much at all to get really clean! Do: put the laundry soap in as it fills Try the quick wash- 22 minutes to clean clothes! Keep an eye on the hoses to make sure they are tight, but not over tightened Once you have that down, you are good to go! Don’t: Overfill- it holds plenty!

It's a good little washer takes about 23 minutes in the quick wash I have washed two full size blankets in it and the only thing with washing blankets it just can't be too big so small blankets will do just fine for this washer but not alot of the parts came with it you need to buy a rolling tray cause it don't come with one
