This sink is wonderful! Upgraded from a stainless steel double basin to this one. It is deeper & does not have to be continually dried after using to prevent water spots!! The water stays warmer longer which somehow makes the Dawn bubbles last longer (?!!). It looks beautiful, was relatively easy to install with the directions and template included, and had the extra bonus of including both strainers (nice & heavy duty) as well as a silicone hand mitt that my husband loves because he can actually fit his big beefy, hand in it! And the absolute best thing is that it can be under or over mount. We currently have it over-mounted because we have not yet expanded our kitchen but needed to replace the faucet (which led to replacing the sink as well) but when we expand the kitchen and put in new countertops, we will undermount it. I’m OBSESSED with my new Kraus black granite sink. I picked the single, side drain as my favorite option, seseo single bowl, to replace a double-sink that I hated because you couldn’t fit even 1 pot inside to hand wash it. This Kraus single bowl sink can fit 3 pots at once!! My husband installed it himself, it took about 5 hours and 2 trips to Home Depot. The biggest issue was drilling out the optional hole on the side corner for the built-in soap dispenser. This required a special diamond-head circle drill which cost $60 and $20 for the adaptor. Annoying but worth it to have the soap dispenser. It is heavy and sturdy. We tested the drilled-out piece by scratching and taking sharp knives to it, it barely made a scratch so it’s very durable. It comes with adjusters and clamps to hold it in place (we used the top-mount option). Overall the best sink I’ve ever owned in a house. It’s beautiful and functional!! My only issue is the Kraus sticker logo is not centered , so it looks stupid misaligned from the faucet. I’ll call Kraus and have them send me a new logo so I can rip the crooked one off. ... show more

Fit just fine in my old cutout from an old porcelain to bowl sink. Looks great and it is amazing how much it can hold. You can put in a full size cookie sheet to wash it. I love it. Never was a fan of the 2 bowl. We bought an old house and have been upgrading it. The only drawback is if you want a garbage disposal, it is not really optimal for that, but we compost, so a disposal is not something we use. ... show more

We are still working to hook up the plumbing but I wanted to say this sink is beautiful. It arrived on time (Christmas Eve) and was well packaged. I knew it would look different from my well used aluminum double sink. It does...it looks AWESOME. I also go a black gooseneck faucet. I wish there had been an option to choose a black drain when purchased. We are in deep for installation and the silver drain is very well made so I'm going with that. But black would have been really nice. I'd recommend and purchase this again if needed. For what I've seen farmhouse sinks go for this was a steal! ... show more

If it was possible I would probably give this 3-1/2 stars. The sink is beautiful, but the experience was somewhat flawed. The first sink I received came in a single box with styrofoam corners to protect the sink. It arrived cracked. The seller was very prompt and courteous when I informed them. They 2nd day overnighted a replacement the same day, once I sent a picture of the crack. The replacement was double boxed, and very well protected. It arrived in perfect condition. The installation was problematic mainly due to the attachment clips. I did a drop in installation. It would have helped a ton if the instructions said to attach the clips before installing the sink in the counter. But they don't say that so I tried to do it after installing the sink per the instructions. It was impossible to screw the clips in from below. Luckily the sealant hadn't set and I was able to pull the sink out of the counter without damaging anything. I screwed in the clips and re-installed the sink in the counter. But then the clips were too big for the 3/4" ply wood the counter is made of. So I had to put in wood blocking at each clip. Then the clips didn't grip the wood very well, and tightening them just bent the metal. Hopefully it will be fine, but compared to the old clips from the sink I replaced, these were very flimsy and cheap feeling. In the end the sink is very beautiful in my new zinc counter, but it wasn't a great install experience. ... show more
