I tried my boots on, and couldn't get my foot all the way to the bottom. I thought my socks may be too thick, so I took them off. Still couldn't fit! Maybe it was just my pair? Nope. My daughter had the same issue with hers. I think these were made for people that don't have a heel? Who knows.
