Heavy, awkward product. Manufacturer specs say it is 2.9 lbs. It is in no way 2.9 lbs. Much heavier and not suitable for many people. Plus, the product box which came inside an Amazon box was significantly ripped suggesting it was a return. The inner plastic around the product was not sealed in any way either. This appears to be a non washable item. Gross and unsanitary that it's getting passed around and used by different people, returned, then resold to someone else. I’ve had this for 12 days and have only used it three times. It was difficult to get it to turn on from the beginning, and now it won’t turn on at all. Very disappointing, especially after such little use. I’ll be returning it.
