This charger broke a month and a half after i bought it. if you look at the rest of the bad reviews most of them are having the same issue. now i’m in a pickle trying to find another one. it worked perfectly until it broke last night. UPDATE: Customer service was very kind and sent me another one free of charge. They quickly and proficiently responded. Let’s see if this one sticks. UDATE: it did not stick and broke almost immediately after I got it. Still sitting in a drawer but it just doesn’t work it broke too fast. I forgot to update my review until now which is what I think they are hoping will happen. This product just is not quality I believe. Also, just for clarification it didn’t break just now.     • Good charger (at least for the time being)
I’ve got this charger to have a spare one for my two Apple phones. I have already tried 2 cheap aftermarket chargers and they both stopped working after just several charge cycles. The original Apple chargers are several years old and are working just fine. How this charger compares to Apple one? It is physically bigger, has longer 6 ft. (vs 103” in Apple) and thicker 3.3 mm (vs 2.7 mm in Apple) cables. It can charge two phones at once at about the same speed as Apple (based on my test). Charging is fast at the beginning and slows down towards the end – same as with Apple. Speaking about the reliability all I can say is – I don’t know.     • Had some some issues early on but the company made it right
I’m not sure how it happend, but after using the cord for about a week it seems to have stopped working. The charging receptacle itself works fine, but I am now sadly back to using my original cord that I thought I would replace before it broke completely. I was quite excited about the length of cord out of the box and the seemingly quality product for the price... Took a chance with this KOZOPO charging bundle and so far it’s been working well for two weeks. Came with two 6-foot Lighting cables and a dual USB wall plug that outputs 2.1 Amps. I don’t have any amp or voltage testing devices and the iPhone 6 I’m charging with this doesn’t support rapid charging anyways. But so far the iPhone has been charging fine when I leave it plugged in overnight. The wall plug does a get a bit warm to the touch, but nothing alarming since the phone does that as well depending on battery level and usage while charging. Both cables and USB ports work and I was able to sync my phone to iTunes on my computer using this cable. These cables are a bit stiffer and thicker than the original Apple cables. The Lightning plug housing is slim enough to fit through most cases. On one of my cables the plastic housing had a micro crack and the lightning plug was a bit off-set, but it feels solid and doesn’t affect performance. The cables are not branded (no KOZOPO logo) like it shows in the product photos, so I bet they’re generic. The wall plug is about 1.5 times larger than the original Apple – see pics. Overall, a good value for this bundle as long as it continues to work. I will post an update if anything changes.. ... show more

The price is a good bait to rope potential buyers in. Also the fact that it is 10ft in length is not a bad sales pitch. In fact I bought it on that strength alone. Worked well for about 3 weeks. After that it was a case of off-on in terms of contact. One minute it will charge my ipad, the next nothing unless you bend the cord a certain way. Frustrating. I can not recommend this cable since it is lacking in the durability department. Hope this review is helpful. UPDATE: 02/13/20: Had to write a an update on my interaction with the vendor. They communicated with me with regards to my problem with the charger. Informed me that they had upgraded their product and offered me -- from the warranty a full replacement with no extra charge. Charger came in. Works great. No problems. So, I have to bump up my star ratings to reflect this. 5 stars. ... show more
