11 inches but its actually somewhere around 9in if u measure from the base to the tip. it still feels amazing nonetheless. smells like silicone, no weird smell. it's somewhat easy to clean on the inside with the tube that comes with it. it looks scary but i managed to fit the whole thing with the help of my bf and a bunch of xesso lube lawl... also make sure you get WATER-BASED lube.
