I've been wanting to try a smart watch for so long but couldn't deal with the price tags on the name brand ones for my Android phone. I tried and returned a very cheap one cause it didn't have enough features. But this one was perfect. Not a cheap one but not an overpriced one either. This watch is wonderful. I couldn't be happier. The app has so many watch faces to choose from. As you see in my photo, I chose a holiday themed background for now. It'll be fun to change them out for the seasons and holidays. It connects and notifies me of texts and Facebook messenger, which was important for me. It measures heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen, breaths per minute, etc. It's really amazing. Sound quality is good. Touch screen works really well. Alarm is nice. I can call out from this watch. Lock screen is good. Battery lasts a long time. I do highly recommend.

Originally I was going to give this watch 3-stars because it was decent despite some of the features not working. Then it became quite clear that the fitness recorder was not properly keeping track of the time/distance (I would compare it against my mother’s Apple Watch). Finally, the reason I purchased it was because of its waterproof rating and the 2nd day in the pool it COMPLETELY DIED. Even though it was at 60-something % when it went dead I threw the charger on it and got it back alive. Cut to - none of the external buttons work and I have to charge it every day because the battery now drains like lightning. I’ve had this watch for only a few weeks. I purchased it because I knew I would be spending some time on vacation in the water and I tested it in a bath and it was completely fine, so I looked past all of it’s prior issues, which I will list below: 1. Watch strap is too bulky for a smaller wrist so I had to buy replacement straps (ie, more $$ spent) 2. Watch face half the time would not light up when moving my arm (oh but when I was sleeping it sure did) 3. Always-on watch face has only 3 options and they are hideous 4. There is no option to respond to text messages 5. Blood pressure measurement was always way off 6. The weather was NEVER correct and no way to change it 7. Sleep pattern recording not accurate and would not record if I wake up in the middle of night and fall back asleep 8. Impossible to see the time when you have the exercise recording running 9. And as previously stated, outdoor walking exercise was always incorrect and now even worse. Ie, I was 10 minutes into a walk and it said I had been going for only 17 seconds - wth? The only thing going for this watch is its look, but that gets you nowhere if you can’t use the dang thing. I’m an Android user and it was very hard to find a watch to fit my needs and so I am just utterly disappointed in this piece of crap.

Edit 1 I'm adding one star because the support team reached out to me very quickly after my review was posted, to get information for research. That's very appreciated and unexpected. Having responsive support communication is a huge plus. I'll update my review again once the functionally issues are sorted out. I'm confident they will get it right. Original Review: The watch seems well built. The screen looks very nice, crisp with good colors, and it's easy to see in the sun. It's light weight, comfortable. The features are good, the health info is usefully accurate. But the software is young and it reflects that. I've had cheaper watches that do some important things better. - Battery life is excellent - BT does drop a lot. I'm getting pairing requests several times a day. I do have this app excluded from all optimizations, so that's not it. - Contacts don't completely pull off my phone. I only get certain ones and oddly, not any of the ones I use. I've tried all the 'fixes' I can find on it, including editing contacts and the loading the contacts app. This hasn't been a problem with other watches/apps. - The health and info screens are nice, easy to read both on the watch and in the app. However, the app desperately needs a dark mode. - The BP measure should be reading automatically. Even if it hits on the battery life a bit, we should have that choice. - I like being able to change the layout of the activities I do, so the ones I use are in front/top since there are so many. But, the history in the app doesn't follow. So to look at walking, first in my list, I have to scroll for days to get to it. That needs to change and mirror what I setup, or give me a way to change it. The category options help, but it's not deep enough. - Notifications are lacking. I shouldn't be limited to social/shopping apps I don't use, and the oddly random apps you pull in when I go to more apps. I should be able to get notifications from my calendar events, from my alarm app, from any app I have installed on my phone. As it is, I only get calls and texts. Again, cheaper apps/watches have done this better, so it's absolutely possible. - Weather is accurate for my area, and I like being able to see the extended forecast on the watch. Nice. - The library of screens is done well. - I like having the current task kept active on screen on the watch even if it goes dark (like a timer for example), and having the back button to bring it back up and exit. - Sleep tracking is accurate. It records when I get up at 3am and get back to sleep, or if I'm laying in bed but don't fall asleep until 1am, accurately. But, as another had mentioned, there needs to be a choice to set your sleep cycle for overnight workers. The watch itself seems nice. Get some of these things changed/fixed in the software and it'll be a fantastic package.
