These are super comfortable for lounging, but I think they run a little big and weren't what I was looking for when I was buying work out clothes. The waistband is thin and creates awkward lumps instead of smoothing out your figure. The shorts underneathe aren't compression shorts but more like another loose layer of fabric. I think I may have been better off ordering a size down, but can tell the undershorts would probably ride up either way. So, keeping them for lounging because they are comfortable, just not the best for holding the jiggles in while being active! ... show more

I'm 5'7" and my waist is about 25". I should have checked the product size chart, which does say that the size Small is made for 28" waists--which is definitely off from more typical size charts in women's clothing. I usually see 28" sold as a size Medium. Anyway, their size chart was accurate and the size Small was giant on me, which is unfortunate because I really liked the fabric, cut, and color of these shorts. Wish I could wear them. If your waist is smaller than 28", this product isn't for you. ... show more

I had such high hopes. I am not sure how to comment on the fit as various parts fit differently. Waist was as expected. The leggings are very loose, but I expected that a bit from other reviews. However, the fabric for the short pulls towards the crotch. It’s awkward, makes it look like it’s being sucked into your privates. They are comfortable, and they did keep my thighs from rubbing on a 2 mile jog. I was afraid to put my phone in the pocket while jogging since it was so loose. I’m going to keep them for the house and occasional exercise but don’t think I will be wearing them in public much. ... show more

I was hoping to get a pair of shorts that would hold my phone and the pocket size was nice for a phone with a wallet case in it, the phone fit in their snug. But the shorts were too big, I got a large and that is normally what fits me but these were way too big and almost falling down as I was walking. Overall they were nice but just too big. I am 161lbs. I read all reviews & got a large. They fit BUT are too snug in the waist! I should have sized up to a xl as they are the same shorts I bought with a different brand name. I've never been this heavy so having a hard time ordering. Love the style though, guess it's a hint to diet

I normally hate having a linner in my shorts, but it was required if I wanted to wear shorts for my summer job. They fit well, and the pockets are a good size. The first time I wore them, I had no problems, but after wearing them a couple of times, the linner rides up when I run.
