I bought these boots because they were supposed to be WATERPROOF, had good reviews and because I owned a somewhat similar pair a while back and had a good experience. Unfortunately, these boots are most definitely NOT WATERPROOF. I wore them for a few hours, walking through the snow (not a lot of snow, a few inches) in downtown Denver on Friday and my feet were completely soaked. I did not go running in big snow or anything, just walked around to museums, etc in downtown Denver. I was there for 3 days and had to spend the entire time with wet feet because I had no way of drying those, and there was snow on the ground still. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THOSE if you need something waterproof, I actually sent them back. I hate the idea of returning something I wore, but I really need something that is waterproof and these were not. They are very good looking boots, and the fit is wonderful, so if you just need a pair of boots for dry weather, these are perfect, but if you want to keep your feet dry in snow or wet weather, then buy something else ... show more
