These are super cute. Very good quality. Fur on the inside. Comfortable despite the back of the heel being very stiff. You have to pull loop in the back to get on. I ordered these in a 9 because my older eggs ran big. I normally wear a 9.5 but the was were too small. I returned them for a size 10 and they fit good. They look great and are fairly comfortable but I’m so disappointed. I know these are koolaburra and not Uggs but they’re still rather expensive. I’m just a few wears the threads came loose on the rear loop and completely came off when I was Putting them on. I wasn’t using a lot of force, just holding onto them while slipping my feet in. I’m going to see if I can Return these and just pay the extra money to get the actual Uggs. ... show more

The shaft is narrow to get your foot in and I even have thin calves. Once my foot got into the shoe with a lot of tugging, then the shoe was too big for me and slipped on the heels and rubbed my heel when I walked. I really wanted these to work due to the color and style. I worry that a smaller size will be harder to get into but possibly it's worth it to tug to get into it if it fits fine once you're in. ... show more
