OK, first thing's first: These sheets are incredibly soft! I took them out of the package and immediately wished they came in king-size because they have to feel like sleeping on a cloud. Unlike some crib sheets, these are super easy to get onto the crib mattress. I have two babies and two different brand crib mattresses - one of them is a good deal thicker than the other mattress. The sheets fit on both easily. There's only one catch to this stretchiness: sometimes I feel like the fabric bunches under my babies. They never seem to mind and I don't feel like it's so loose that it's dangerous. But it does make me wonder if the elasticity will get more pronounced as we continue to put them through the wash. Will they get so stretchy that they lose their form? It's too soon to say but I have probably washed them 5 times now, and they seem OK so far. Also, on their second use, my two year old got diaper rash cream all over the sheets. I mean ALL OVER them. They washed super easily. Everything came out with relative ease and they still look good as new!
