The beveled edges of this mat are heavy and keep the mat laying flat, even if your toe bumps into it. I have purchased and returned numerous mats advertised as beveled. This mat is the ONLY one that meets that requirement for me! My only wish is that it would be deeper. Wasn’t sure if what I ordered was the correct size…but it is and the thickness of the mat is good. It does not slip and is easy to wipe/clean. It did have an odor (which was stated in the piece of paper inside of box) that went away in no time once the mat was on the floor. It comes rolled up which again, doesn’t take any time for it to stay flat!
