I've been rather disappointed ordering medical scrub tops on Amazon, because they're clearly taking advantage of the fact buyers aren't able to see/touch the fabric IRL & substitute flimsy poly/synthetic blends you wouldn't normally see in brick & mortar shops at those high prices. I learned the hard way to read all the product specs, the fabric type and percentage is usually listed in the finer print. The graphic design and fit of this particular top are cute, but the flimsy polyster-blend is kind of disappointing. On the upside, if you live in a humid climate like FL or have a warm workplace, the thinner fabric can be more comfortable.

Koi tops usually run small on me, so I got this one size larger than usual. It is a little big through the middle, but perfect in the chest. If not too busty, I’d say stick to your usual size

This is one of the most comfortable scrub tops I've bought. The material is light, but not see-through. The only draw back for me is that if you carry a bunch of supplies in your front pockets it tends to stretch and lower the neckline a bit much. But other than that fits well and you'll stay comfortable for the whole shift.

I love the fit and feel of this scrub top, and it is a very flattering print. However, the material has a nylon feel to it and it is very, very thin. I've only worn it a couple of times, but I'm hoping that it launders well and doesn't get snags or pulls on it.
