I had this tub put in last year... in what used to be a large shower space! It is incredible! It was about the only tub I could find to fit the space but it has turned out to be the most awesome tub I've ever used!! The depth is amazing bringing water to my chin and I'm still fully submerged! I am 5'7" but had my overflow drain installed upside down to have a little more water depth! It's amazing to me and all of the many friends that have come over for a long soak! We thoroughly insulated the underside of the tub so we only lose about 4 to 5° of heat even in a two hour bath! I also use this bathroom to shower every morning so to prevent water damage to the surrounding tile I use a double shower curtain… One goes along each of the long sides when I'm showering and a year later this bathroom is still my sanctuary! I will also say that because it is extra deep but not as long… It is easy to fill up with piping hot water without running out! ... show more

It's small. It's deep. I normally wouldn't want to purchase some odd size of a bathtub. Unfortunately our guest bathroom can only fit a very ting one or not bathtub at all. There's not much to choose from in this size category. So I picked Kohler just because I'm more familiar with the brand. And yes. The tub is very nice looking, fit our bathroom perfectly. I would not recommend to bath small children in this since it's pretty deep. It's almost like the one I saw in Japanese hotels. Perfect for ONE person. ... show more

Tub was the perfect addition to our master bath remodel. Going with this smaller tube gave us valuable space to expand the shower and this tub is deep so I can still enjoy a good soak. Styling is excellent and a great compliment to the room.

This product is exactly as described. It's a little shorter than most tubs (avg 60"), but is extremely deep. It's perfect for soaking. I also have to call out Kohler itself. I had an issue with the tub delivered and contacted them. They went above and beyond to fix the issue and provided me with multiple options. They completely left it to me on deciding to send a replacement or send a service tech to fix it. The response time and support was beyond anything I could have asked (and from what I hear, issues are a rare thing). ... show more

We needed a 48" tub and this one fit the bill. It is much roomier than I imagined. Nice and deep. My husband can't stretch out in it, but it will do the job. I think a 2-year-old could almost swim in this thing.

its short, its deep, and i love the arm rests. Just what we wanted - problem was the drain that fits it isn’t available anymore but was able to find it ‘used’ on Amazon so i’m happy. if you are looking for a deep tub that is short (42” inside measurement) this is it. took a long time to find a soaking tub that was not a whirlpool and/or did not require a much bigger space than we had. ... show more

We love this tub. Replaced standard length alcove tub with this one. Used the extra space to add a shelf (for my glass of wine) and a towel cupboard. Looks amazing. I had insulation added underneath and on the sides during the install. The water stays very hot. I’m doing another bathroom remodel and plan to buy this tub again. ... show more
