I recently bought and had installed two of these changing stations in a church setting, and am very happy with this purchase. They are very sturdy, and I have no doubt they will perform as advertised, even holding up to the 200 pound weight limit listed in the product description, because almost immediately after installation there was a very unfortunate accident. Without going into details, a special needs adult fell onto one of the units with their full weight. Thankfully, they were not hurt. It's a testament to the product construction that, even with such an incident, the unit was not ripped from the wall, nor was the base / changing table stripped from the hinging mechanicanism. I confess, I expected the worst, thinking it would be totally useless, but not so. In full disclosure, there was damage - the base table does not hang fully level, even after repair. Not perfect, but far better than I expected. If we find we can't live with it, we may contact customer support for suggestions. I can definitely recommend this product. HARDWARE NOTE: The units come with hardware for wood stud installation, but if you have metal studs like we do, metal hardware purchase is required.
