Cons : Was I given used hair?? So for the size I got, I received 2 bundles. One was thicker and frizzier than the other one. And the frizzier one was missing the little black paper that’s wrapped around the other one at the top. It’s human hair, and it takes bleach well. I gave 3 stars because after I washed the frizzier bundle, it curls a little bit more but not like the newer one. It’s still good quality for the price, I’m just very upset that I received used hair that’s frizzier than the normal unused one and I already bleached it so I can’t return it. Edit/ Pros: y’all I had to edit this with more pictures, 5 stars lol! This hair is so full. When it first arrives the two bundles they give you looks sooo small. I was so worried it wasn’t enough for my full head so I started by putting the crochet in a circle around the perimeter of my head. Y’all it’s so much hair, it’s so thick. I did 10 cornrows and did a leave out middle part + my edges. To blend I actually brushed it out because my real hair is more 4b/4c and then just finger coiled the ends like I do to my real natural hair and omg. It looks so good. Wayyy cheaper than buying kinky bundles. The reason it looks short in the picture is because I cut off so much hair because it was so long and I wanted a more layered look. Will be buying again once this goes bad.

The media could not be loaded. Love this hair it gives that natural look like it’s your real hair just add some water and conditioner in a spray bottle bush and go if you want to define the curls just put some eco gel in it,And yes it very soft lit weight great quality low maintenance.

If you’re someone who loves a natural look, I definitely recommend it. The quality is really good and there was no bad smell. I did wash it before installing it, and it still looked great.

UPDATE: Customer Service reached out within 24 hours of my review. The issue is with the description, not the quality of the product. They extended an apology and offered options to make things right. Although I couldn't use the hair for its intended style, I will use the hair on my daughter and will update this review after installation. Bumping up the stars due to prompt customer service. The length is NOT as described. It's only 14" IF you measure from end to end, not the thread to end. The installed length would only be 7". Perfect if that's the look you are going for. Has the usual bundled hair smell. Will definitely be returning. Guess I won't be doing my hair for MLK Day.

The media could not be loaded. When I tell you, I love this hair! I have natural locs and I want it a brand of hair that would look similar to my C4 hair to blend in with my natural locs. I’ve gotten so many compliments. I ordered it for a cruise and when I tell you, it was simply beautiful. I am using this for a permanent style. It was easy to install and not much shedding. I think has a normal amount of shedding. Pretty much similar to your natural hair. It did not have a smell and is very soft and good quality. It’s naturally curly and I just wet it with leave in conditioner and the curls pop right back.
