I use this book for teacher appreciation week. At our school each student has a number in their classroom - so one day I went to school and pulled aside each child. I had them fill out the question that corresponded to their number in the classroom. They could also sign their name and make little doodles. This is an awesome book, BUT... It's much too small for younger kids to write in. Little ones (5,6) can't typically adjust the size of their writing easily, so it becomes too difficult for them to write in the tiny space. The style, look, quality is excellent though.
