    • Jaws don't line up
There's much to like about these Knipex pliers but the jaws don't line up perfectly. Instead they slide past each other ever so slightly. That makes for poor cuts and sometimes it's impossible to cut really fine wire (30ga and smaller). I'm really disappointed. Update after 3 years: I've suffered enough from these mis-aligned jaws, these are going into the junk pile to be used on stuff that's too hard and is going to nick the edge. Too bad return time is over. Blades are nicked from using on same materials as cheap import nippers. First bad review I've made on Nipex tool. Very disappointing quality from a world standard German tool.

I thought that because is made in Germany was going to be a good tool. I was wrong!
