Second to none!
Knipex hand tools are the best, period! Spend the money, get the best! You’ll be glad you did!

Well built and easy to use
These are small enough to fit in my tool pouch and I can use them daily. The handles have a comfortable grip and I especially like the clip that keeps the cut end of a lead from flying away.

Cutting face is really flush
Kinpex, say no more.

Jaws don't line up
There's much to like about these Knipex pliers but the jaws don't line up perfectly. Instead they slide past each other ever so slightly. That makes for poor cuts and sometimes it's impossible to cut really fine wire (30ga and smaller). I'm really disappointed. Update after 3 years: I've suffered enough from these mis-aligned jaws, these are going into the junk pile to be used on stuff that's too hard and is going to nick the edge. Gotta buy something else for real work.

Soft cutting blades
Too bad return time is over. Blades are nicked from using on same materials as cheap import nippers. First bad review I've made on Nipex tool. Very disappointing quality from a world standard German tool.

Flimsy cutter, VERY EXPENSIVE, sent it back
I thought that because is made in Germany was going to be a good tool. I was wrong! I think things made in Germany are VERY expensive because of some reputation, other than that, USA tools are way much better and less expensive such is the same cutter made by Xcelite found here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000LEH0K8/_encoding=UTF8?coliid=I2G58IGA4SBN0F&colid=22F4ZT731QH9O&psc=1
