This case looks amazing but once we received it we realized the latches were faulty so we returned the item. Amazon told me it would be a full refund but the seller charged us for shipping it to us originally, sending it back to them plus an additional 20% restocking fee. It was $205 when I bought it with free shipping and they charged me $108 after all their charges to return it! I’ve filed a claim with Amazon but just want everyone to double check their accounts if they return for any reason, you may not have gotten the full amount refunded. ... show more
