Excellent, I use them to hold the back of my hair to one side so that I can roll the length into a French twist. I used two one from the top down one from the bottom up, they work excellently and when I put my hair pins in I put them under the clips and it holds the pins tighter. They are really long and perfect for what I wanted. The only problem is they did slide out of my hair. I have long gray hair that is fine. I wanted to twist it up at night to sleep. I don’t move at night but the clips did.

The media could not be loaded. I made a video to show the color of the “Black” clips. They are not black- they are pewter. Sort of a tarnished or muted silver color. The item image looks black, which is what I was expecting. I have black hair and was hoping they would blend in. Despite that, they feel very sturdy and are super unique - I’ve never seen monster clips like these.
