The zipper feature is nice, but if your pillow is just slightly too long or voluminous, the pillow feels puffier than you might be used to. This isn’t an issue for me, but I do notice that the little bit of extra poof and slip from the material can make me migrate a bit to the edge of the pillow while I’m sleeping. If you have a sensitive neck, I would probably look for one without the zipper. There is enough slip in this pillow that I wake up with silkier hair that looks healthier. After using the pillowcase for 2-3 days, I’ve noticed that I need to change it out. It absorbs everything and will look visibly soiled/retain a slight smell from any skincare/haircare products you may use before bed. I usually change my pillowcase twice a week, so it’s not a huge inconvenience, but there is no room for laziness with this pillowcase. It’s not the thickest material, but it’s cushy enough to be snuggly.

I’ve tried a few satin pillowcases before, but the Kitsch Satin Pillowcase is by far the softest and most comfortable one I’ve slept on. It feels silky smooth without being slippery, and it instantly upgraded the look of my bed. What I noticed most is how much better my hair looks in the morning—less frizz, fewer tangles, and no more waking up with those “pillow creases” on my face. It also keeps cool throughout the night, which makes such a difference in summer. The hidden zipper is a nice touch too, so it stays in place and looks neat. Mine is just now starting to show signs of wear, which I think is impressive considering it’s the only pillowcase I’ve used in that time. They’re incredibly comfortable and gentle on the hair and skin, which is especially great for girls with longer hair. The pillowcases look beautiful on the bed and add a soft, elegant touch. Great fit on pillows, easy zipper, and definitely good quality helps the hair. I tried the cheaper (most purchased) Amazon one and it didn't work as well. I can tell a difference for my 3a/b hair that the curls don't get as broken up/frizzed, and much less overnight tangles. I try to use a bonnet most nights for my long hair but sometimes I forget or am too lazy, and pay the price later. This is a great option for me, with or without the bonnet. Cool to the touch as well so very comfortable for smooth sleep. Helps that the cute print is a little lux looking also
