Nice as joggers!! Not really scrubs? I could get away with these at school, where they expect us to wear Navy scrubs everyday. But I'm not sure in a clinical setting. That being said, they are comfy! Looking forward to using these in the winter when I walk my dogs!! I have two other pairs of Kitmaz scrub pants I've bought for myself, so I am familiar with the sizing. XL is listed for a 37-39" waist and 43-45" hip. I would go by the size chart and not the amazon recommendation. The pocket inside material is a bit odd feeling. The inside fleece is nice and such though. If you work at a desk mostly, or have a fairly chill work environment, you might be able to get away with these.

These Kitmaz Fleece Lined Scrub Pants are absolutely wonderful! They are incredibly warm and comfortable—perfect for cold hospital floors or winter weather. The slim-fit jogger style is flattering and professional, unlike bulky traditional scrubs. I love the mid-rise stretch for all-day comfort, and the fleece lining is surprisingly soft without being too hot or restrictive. The fact that they are thermal sweatpants makes them perfect to wear in the winter! The three pockets are placed well and super practical. If you need a cozy, stylish, and functional alternative to standard scrub pants, look no further; these are fantastic!

I'm a female, about 5’6” and 145lbs. I got this in medium. It is very roomy for me. It's baggy around the thighs and the pant length falls right above my ankles. There are 2 front pockets and one back pocket. It’s pretty thick but not the softest material. The tag says it is 100% polyester. Overall ok but I’ll probably use these as loungers.

These pants are incredibly soft and offer excellent thermal protection, they are perfect for staying warm during the colder months. The fleece lining feels amazing against the skin, and they definitely keep you cozy. However, they run very large, so consider sizing down. While they’re marketed as scrub pants, the material feels much more like sweatpants or joggers. Because of that, they’re not really appropriate for clinical or professional healthcare environments where a more structured scrub look is expected. That being said, they’re fantastic for lounging, running errands, or working in non-clinical settings.
