Delivery was a little later than expected, but packing shows an attention to detail. Wooden inserts around in case the cardboard is punctured, ample foam, and a fabric bag around the sink itself. Looking forward to install soon!

That's the line I keep saying when I'm in the kitchen making a mess. This sink is WONDERFUL!! We moved into a brand new home 4 years ago and of course, there's a double sink in the kitchen. I couldn't stand it! So I finally went searching for an undermount single sink in black. We bought another brand but even after measuring 3 times it was too short so I sent it back and found this one. I've got to say though, it didn't fit with our garbage disposal like it claims it will so that accounts for the 4 stars. The fittings weren't correct and I wasn't going to 1) buy new parts to see if it would fix the issue or 2) buy a new disposal. So we opted not to put the disposal back for right now. However, because we did this, we had to get a small part for the dishwasher to hook up to the pipe. That wasn't so bad. Also, there's a drain screen with a handle to catch any food. It's easy to empty. We did measure our old sink (it was completely out due to the first sink) and this measured exactly. But once we started putting it in, it wasn't so easy. We had to take out the board between the cabinet doors. BUT, I think I figured out why this happened. Our old sink was rounded and this one is a rectangle and it doesn't look bad in the hole. In fact, it is pretty cool looking. I love the sound barriers (I hope I'm saying that right). I have an espresso machine and when I turned it on with the old sink in, the sink would rattle the noise. With this sink, there's no rattle! I also like the fact that it has a screen to go over the bottom. It's not going to get scratched up with that! Although I do have a time with it when trying to clean the sink (remember, round vs rectangle). But I manage. I am very happy with this product and recommend it to others. ... show more

The first sink arrived with a dent. Return was easy and the second sink was perfect. I don't judge people by their mistakes, I judge them by how they handle their mistakes. Brilliant. Can't wait to install. This sink is "smaller" than my current double basin sink, but it looks bigger because of the design. I love the lines, the modern look. I've ordered and returned a few undermount sinks in hopes that this 32"x19" single bowl would finally be the one (and it still may). Pros: 1. Very well packaged, little chance of a bent lip or dents. Every part is individually wrapped. 2. Nice design, well slightly rounded corners for ease of cleaning but looks rectangular for a modern appearance. 3. The etched or printed symbol looks clean but is faint enough to not stick out nor appear tacky. 4. Good customer service when contacted via email (appears from China)- responded within 2-3 business days around the holidays recently. Cons: 1. My biggest gripe with this sink is that it's advertised as 16 guage which equals about 1.6mm. In the attached photos you'll note that it's just between 1.1-1.2mm using a fine detailed gauge. 1.2mm equals 18 gauge. My countertop pro recommends only 18 gauge especially for undermount sinks since they're very difficult to replace once installed. They're thicker and offer less of a chance of dents. It's not a bad sink at all if you can live with that. I just don't appreciate the improper adveritisng. Maybe that's why they come with a SS grate for the bottom. All-in-all a great sink form several I've seen, definitely a good sink at it's price point. Good luck with your remodel (don't let first world problems bother you! Happy New Year!) ... show more

I highly recommend this kitchen sink set. Before I purchased this item since I didn't see any reviews I was hesitant to purchase. However, now that I did, I am extremely pleased with the purchase. Great quality, as it arrived undamaged (the biggest complaint from other sink purchases reviewed on Amazon and other websites) and very well padded. The sink arrived exactly as seen on the pictures with the accesories as described. It was installed by our contractor without any problems whatsoever, and even him complemented us with our purchase. I looked all over the web for other options, however, the price, quality and accesories could not be beat anywhere. And most important, looks amazing and enhances the look of our new kitchen quite well. As a concerned homeowner wanting high quality like most of us do, I highly recommend this set.
