This Kitchen Cart (Brand labeled “Generic”) was packed really nice. That’s all I can say positive not having it fully assembled after a hour. There were 2#8’s where only 1 was listed. There was no labeled #5, which was listed in the Completely Inadequate instructions but one of the 8’s was a mirror image of the other which should NOT have been labeled as a #5. The screws provided (the silver ones) were too long. You had to be careful not to drive through to the other side. There were dowel holes missing and holes created the wrong size for parts to fit down in there snugly. Needless to say it was a Royal Pain to put together, and I stress A Royal Pain! No written instructions, only pictures and in some cases one picture Should have been Two pictures to adequately describe how the parts fit together. When I get this cart fully assembled I’m sure I will like it well enough but for now, I’m kind of angry that it was this messed up and that it arrived at the very end of the day on a Saturday before Mother’s Day. Quality Control on This product was or is lacking in a huge way. For $59. It is ok but for better instructions, easier assembly I would have paid more for a better one. Next time around I will! It has occupied most of my evening so gee thanks for wasting my time. Also in some places you need someone to hold it or a Vice grip tool bench to secure it while you put parts together. One set of hands is not always enough. I would not buy this again. I would recommend it only to people who can easily figure out challenging pictures and wrongly labeled or wrongly numbered parts or to someone looking for a challenge or to save some money. You’ll spend a good hour putting it together at least because of the crappy instructions. Once it’s put together, it will be useful but definitely not worth wasting an evening over. If only Someone would sell fully assembled small kitchen carts like this one locally it would be nice but not holding my breath on that. I love Amazon but China seriously needs to up their game on Quality Control! ... show more
