This item was packed well, excellent condition and quality made. We love it! It was used for a neighborhood breakfast in our backyard by several cooks and they all loved it because they could get the tools they needed easily and quickly! I had it all put together before my husband got home!

I was a little worried that it wouldn’t be sturdy enough to hold all of our small appliances especially the air fryer. But it holds everything well. The space in between each shelf is wide enough to hold larger items like our microwave. I also love the plastic sheets for the shelves so items don’t fall through or lean. Bought this to use as a potting table. It's outside but covered and is holding up well. Height is comfortable and the hooks are great for hanging hand tools. Removed the main shelf liner and added a tub on the middle shelf to easily catch soil while repotting.

Another Update: Supervisor reached out and made things right. Customer service ended up being quite good in the end. Happy they were able to fix my issue. UPDATE: Shortly after posting my review the company reached out offering me a full refund. Once i accepted this offer they retracted their statement and offered to send me replacement parts instead. The shelf liners are one thing but im not disassembling this thing to swap parts that should have never been bent in the first place. Makes me wonder how accurate their weight limits are in their photos. I will NEVER buy from this company again. This thing is built like a tank but the plastic shelf liners it came with arrived cracked. Parts of the metal were also bent. We don’t have the patience to send another one of these back so we are going to live with it i guess but its really disappointing that something this pricy came damaged. I wish i could get replacement parts sent to me without having to box it all up again and send it back with the hope that we get one that is NOT damaged.

I couldn't be happier with this purchase. This shelving is super heavy duty sturdy, and was very easy to assemble. I did it myself in about 20 or 30 minutes. I was lucky to get it for a "deal" price but and after getting it and putting it in my kitchen and seeing what a good unit it is, I can say that it is a real value for money buy!
