I should have paid attention to the 4 star rating. Ive found that anything on amazon with less than a 4.5 star rating is almost always a complete waste of money. These sugar free candies are no different. I had tried the sugar free gummies from Pandy, and those were freaking amazing. I thought a lot of these sugar free sour gummy candies on amazon were pretty much the same thing so i decided to try this brand since they were a little bit cheaper. But they are gross! They have a very soft texture similar to like the gummy part of a fruit gusher minus the liquid center. Thats not my ideal chew for a sour candy. I prefer a firmer texture like sour patch kids. The texture isnt so much the problem though. Its the use (or overuse in this case) of the steviol. Stevia and its derivatives have this weird fermented taste especially when over used. In fact even upon opening the bag, it smelled like cheap vodka. When i first bit into a gummy, i got a little bit of sour and whatever flavorings are in these. Although these arent really very sour. And then that disgustingly sweet/fermented alcohol flavor kicks in and its like chewing on some kind of cough medecine or something really chemically from under your sink that youre supposed to keep away from kids. I only ate a few gummies out of not wanting to waste them before f8ving up and throwing the rest of the bag away. Bottom line, these are a complete waste of money! I wouldnt even want to give these away to my friends. They are going straight in the trash. If youre looking for some good sugar freee gummy candy, check out Pandy. They are pricey but they are actually a treat. The sour cola is my favorite.

These candies are really flavorful and delicious, especially as a fiber supplement. I have eaten a half package daily to make them last. Unfortunately, they are pretty pricey. They are soon to be a want more than a need because of economy.

I got this because I've been looking for some kind of gummy-like candy to eat on the keto diet. I like watermelon flavored things, so I bought the watermelon version here. I opened the first bag and the familiar scent of watermelon hit me, pretty strongly. I put one in my mouth and it tasted a little like watermelon, but about the time the flavor was leaving my palate, I got an aftertaste and a smell from the bag of a very pungent chemical smell that smells and tastes EXACTLY like hairspray. I saw someone else say nail polish and its very similar to that as well. Its very tough to figure out how to rate this...as I am able to get past the smell/aftertaste enough to enjoy the desired gummy/candy consistency, but after I'm done with the bag, ALL I SMELL IS HAIRSPRAY! For that reason, I couldn't give it more than 3 stars. Depending on your own sensitivity, you could find this yummy and without any aftereffect, OR you could get the chemical taste/smell and it will keep you from enjoying the whole deal. Another review also mentioned something about gastrointestinal distress after eating one of these Kiss My Keto snacks, not sure if it was the Watermelon flavor, but I don't think I've experienced this as far as I know (I've only eaten 2 bags). I will edit (if I can) if it turns out that it affects me that way.

First, these are great for a keto trail mix. Add them with some peanuts, and any other crunchy keto friendly things. They're also neat for hiding pieces in fat bombs. Warning: Don't order these unless you have been on a strict keto diet for over a month. When you're starting a diet like keto then jumping right to the substitutes is a bad move. You end up either relying on them or giving up on your diet because "everything tastes wrong/bad" and you miss a lot of food. These are not for weening off of carbs, these are for when you're deep into keto but get a strong craving for something forbidden from the diet. All substitutes on keto should be treated like that. Review: The product tastes as I expected really. They have a texture like the stickier kinds of gummies inside and are generally softer, but all keto substitutes are compared to the real things. These do have the kind of chemical smells and aftertaste you'd expect of most sugar free products. If you've been on keto for a month or two you should be used to those and know whether they're worth it for you. They have the expected aftertaste but it's not too bad for how those generally go. They are not Swedish fish substitutes, they're regular generic berry flavored gummies and the look and taste are not comparable. These are the diet soda of fruit snacks. If you really crave candies, if you really miss gummies, you'll love these. If not you might just appreciate them. If you don't like diet soda you definitely won't like these kinds of things.
