I got a lot of compliments on this mixed mani set. I use various brands of press on’s, and I like the impress ones if I know I definitely want them off in a week or less, as they don’t last as long (I assume because of the adhesive glue on the nail). However, I do add a brush on glue to my actual nail (glamnetic brand) otherwise these don’t last more then a day or 2 for me. I had this set on for 6 days and in that time 2 became loose, but did not pop off. I took them off since they were becoming lose and re-applied on with kiss brand pink gel nail glue (I keep that in my purse with me and highly recommend it for quick fixes on the go) which did the trick. Easier to remove then press on’s where I use the brush on glue on my natural nail and kiss pink gel on the press on, and again I assume that is because of the adhesive tab glue. I also top my nails with a gel top coast to add more shine. Bonus points on this particular set as I got it for less then $4 (of course prices on Amazon vary all the time, but at the time I got this for a great price !) ... show more

PROS: +These nails really can handle some abuse WAY better than nail polish for sure! +ZERO chipping +As many designs as humanly possible, range from very intricate, to very natural and neutral. +The best French tips I've ever had +Can be trimmed to any length desired with scissors, no special tools needed. +Can be applied in around 10+ minutes +Super easy application +An excellent option to boost your mood and confidence +Gives a clean and professional look +Average price is around $8 or less! You can have four different manicures a month for the price of one downtown. +No heavy fumes, like at salons +Portable you can apply them just about anywhere CONS: -The nail glue that is included can be messy, it's awkward to handle in my opinion, and can only be used once before it starts to dry out. -Damage can happen to the nail's surface if they are removed too soon. -Discoloration in nails can occur if used too frequently, (may look green or yellow, don't worry it's just your hands telling you to take a break so your nails can get some needed oxygen.) I love Impress Manicures so much that I've incorporated them into my self-care routine and do a "Mani Monday" every week and if you follow the directions well they can last up to 2 weeks. Here's some TIPS TO GET THE BEST OUT OF YOUR MANICURE: 1) I always trim my nails as short as I comfortably can. 2) Push back the cuticles with the orange wood stick. 3) The most important step is to ALWAY USE THE ALCOHOL WIPE. This is the KEY to having your nails adhere well. A clean slate is absolutely crucial. I've also used hand sanitizer in a pinch and it has worked. 4)I HIGHLY recommend purchasing the KISS BRUSH ON nail glue you can even Subscribe and Save. It can be bought here: https://www.amazon.com/Kiss-Powerflex-Brush-on-Glue-0-17-Ounce/dp/B01N1JTY0Q/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=kiss+brush+on+nail+glue&qid=1640060710&sr=8-3 I always apply two coats and press them down for 45 seconds for each nail. 5) When applying be sure to press the nail into the area where the cuticle is to have them look as natural as possible and get the best fit. 6) The shorter they are the less likely they are to catch on things and therefore less likely to pop off. A final tip would be to avoid lotions, oils, and water for the first hour or so to allow the glue to fully cure. I keep a spare brush on glue and the extra nails in my purse in case one ever does pop off. (I'm a primary school teacher so it's a very hands-on job with the littles needing help like prying Legos apart etc. so it's almost bound to happen towards the end of the week.) Lastly, to make removal easy I suggest soaking in a very hot both and applying coconut oil to help weaken the adhesion. I love this brand of press ons. The range of options, from solid colors to designs, make them so versatile and perfect for any occasion. I found this design didn't stay on as long as other designs, but it's possible I may not have prepped my nails as well. I'll try again and see if they hold better, but overall I highly recommend this brand and design. ... show more

SO recommend these! These are some of the best press on nails. I've known about them for years since I saw them sold in convenience stores and I absolutely love them. The adhesive is quite strong on its own. There's no need for glue or anything else when applied. This design the marble and glitter is SO CUTE and their designs have this elegant salon quality. There's numbers that are tiny but can help when trying to find the right size, a cleaning wipe, a tiny nail file and instructions. Personally I applied Kiss Nails Glue just so they last a little longer than 1-2 weeks. Next I applied a clear protective coat just to give it a little extra shine. But these things don't have to be done. These are short nails that makes it easier to do real like things like opening things, picking things up, career things, etc. I like this more natural length as it looks like it was either done at home or you went to the salon. The kit comes with plenty of nails so you may get more than one set of nails to last over a month if you can. If definitely recommend to other people and try them out I'd definitely recommend to all ages that can get these. They are affordable for the youth of today and still gives older people the joy of looking lovely. ... show more

This is the only brand of nails I use but this pair didn't last long on my nails. The sticky wasn't the best. Very pretty nails though. They are definitely easy to put on!

I have always had the *worst* time styling my nails. Regular polish lasts less than a day before chipping, even when I prep to the nines. Gel and dip chip less than two days. Acrylics do last a long time for me but they absolutely destroy my nails, and I hate going to the salon every couple of weeks for upkeep, and I hate how much it costs. After decades of trying every nail option under the sun, I’ve finally found my sweet spot!! These press ons are amazing, and I’m a complete convert :-) They take less than ten minutes to apply, I can do it from the comfort of my home, and they don’t destroy my nails, in fact, they help them grow out in a more even shape! These puppies last at least a week without doing anything extra, but 2-3x longer if I use nail glue and do a couple small touch ups, and when I say “last,” I mean LAST! Through washing dishes daily, showering and soaking in the tub, even gardening. I’m so impressed (har har)!! ... show more
