The press on nails game has improved over the years. Anyway, these nails are easy to shape and contour to custom fit my nail bed. They were easy to apply and they look natural. I have had them on for four days now and they're still intact. I didn't use the glue that came with it. I got the Kiss Powerflex brush-on glue which works much better. I'm not rough with my hands anyway but I do take care of my baby which is work lol. Folks say constant water and soap loosens the glue. Well not for me. I wash my hands and I shower faithfully...good hygiene is a must. They are still intact. I think the only folks who call these nails cheap and hate them expect them to last like acrylics. These are PRESS-ON NAILS! They are not meant to last for weeks so get real. All I need is a good week and then I'll be ready to move on to a new color anyway. Update: Day 9 and these nails are still bolted on. I only had one pop off two days ago. ... show more

PROS: +These nails really can handle some abuse WAY better than nail polish for sure! +ZERO chipping +As many designs as humanly possible, range from very intricate, to very natural and neutral. +The best French tips I've ever had +Can be trimmed to any length desired with scissors, no special tools needed. +Can be applied in around 10+ minutes +Super easy application +An excellent option to boost your mood and confidence +Gives a clean and professional look +Average price is around $8 or less! You can have four different manicures a month for the price of one downtown. +No heavy fumes, like at salons +Portable you can apply them just about anywhere CONS: -The nail glue that is included can be messy, it's awkward to handle in my opinion, and can only be used once before it starts to dry out. -Damage can happen to the nail's surface if they are removed too soon. -Discoloration in nails can occur if used too frequently, (may look green or yellow, don't worry it's just your hands telling you to take a break so your nails can get some needed oxygen.) I love Impress Manicures so much that I've incorporated them into my self-care routine and do a "Mani Monday" every week and if you follow the directions well they can last up to 2 weeks. Here's some TIPS TO GET THE BEST OUT OF YOUR MANICURE: 1) I always trim my nails as short as I comfortably can. 2) Push back the cuticles with the orange wood stick. 3) The most important step is to ALWAY USE THE ALCOHOL WIPE. This is the KEY to having your nails adhere well. A clean slate is absolutely crucial. I've also used hand sanitizer in a pinch and it has worked. 4)I HIGHLY recommend purchasing the KISS BRUSH ON nail glue you can even Subscribe and Save. A final tip would be to avoid lotions, oils, and water for the first hour or so to allow the glue to fully cure. I keep a spare brush on glue and the extra nails in my purse in case one ever does pop off. (I'm a primary school teacher so it's a very hands-on job with the littles needing help like prying Legos apart etc. so it's almost bound to happen towards the end of the week.) Lastly, to make removal easy I suggest soaking in a very hot both and applying coconut oil to help weaken the adhesion. I'm in love with these nails! They were super easy to apply and the color is a very subtle, not bubblegummy pink. I've only had them on one day but as far as I can tell they will probably never fall off. They are solidly adhered to my nails! However, the short length isn't short at all. They are hooker long! So if you're not a hooker or don't happen to need to use your hands for...well, anything... you'll need to modify them. And that's no easy task. Cuz these puppies are sturdy. I started out using a regular emory board as the instructions suggested. But it soon became obvious I wouldn't have the time to do it this way until I retire and have nothing else to do. I also didn't have the strength to move it along very quickly. So unless you're strong as an ox and have a solid week with absolutely nothing else to do but file these superstrength plastic nails down you're going to need a motorized piece of equipment to get the job done. I used this very handy device I got to beat back the dry cracked skin on my heels. https://amzn.to/2TbILky Once I got the hang of it (I used the medium grit head) I whittled them back pretty quickly then touched them up with an emory board. And now I can type, open jars and scratch without drawing blood! But seriously, they are super pretty and very real looking. I'll update this review if any of them fall off before they should. But they're on there so tight I really think I'm probably going to be buried with them whether I want to be or not because I'm not sure they'll come off, like, ever. ... show more

Nice pink color, easy to apply. Stays on pretty well. I bought a different nail glue because the one that comes with isn’t very big and doesn’t have a good cap to reuse it. My issue is that the nails are so thin that they easily bend and get little tears at the end.

These are so nice! Looks like a manicure done well BUT I’m glad they come with extra nails because a few keep popping off. My sisters said I may not have put them on right but I’m sure I did but idk I don’t really use press ins but do love them.
