I bought the Kiss Core 4 in 1 Indoor Dryer Vent Box with dehumidifier mainly because I needed a safer and cleaner way to run my dryer indoors, and overall it did exactly what I needed it to do. Setup was pretty straightforward and I was able to connect it to my dryer without a lot of trouble. Once it was in place, it started collecting lint and managing the airflow like it was supposed to. I like that it feels more controlled compared to just letting everything vent into the room. During use, it helped reduce the amount of lint and moisture in the air which made the laundry area feel less humid. I also liked having the temperature and humidity display because it gave me a better idea of what was going on while the dryer was running. It feels like a useful upgrade for indoor drying setups, especially if you do not have access to outdoor venting. It kept things cleaner and more organized and I did notice less mess around the dryer area overall. The unit itself worked consistently for me and I did not run into any issues with performance. It simply did its job without needing much attention after installation. Overall, I liked this product. It worked as intended and made indoor drying easier and more manageable in my space.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this product earned one. I purchased the KISS Core 4-in-1 dryer vent/dehumidifier about six months ago, and it has already failed. For a product that costs nearly $100, I expected it to last much longer than half a year. The unit worked initially, but now it's no longer functioning, making it a very expensive short-term purchase. A product like this should be reliable, especially since it's intended to help prevent moisture and dryer vent issues over the long term. I'm extremely disappointed in the durability and would not recommend it based on my experience. If you're expecting this to last more than a few months, you may want to look elsewhere.

The air quality and moisture level was a big problem in our home due to the lack of an exterior dryer vent. This Indoor Dryer Vent with Humidifier has not only reduced the amount of moisture, but also the amount of lint that gets everywhere . The lint trap works even if you don't turn the unit on for dehumidifying. It was a good investment. We do still use a household dehumidifier. If you are expecting this small unit to resolve the humidity problem entirely on its own, then you are probably expecting too much. I have only 2 critiques that I have decided are livable compared to not using the unit. First is that the lint filters are difficult to clean without degrading it/tearing it up some, which reduces their longevity. Second is the moisture collection cup. Due to our laundry room composition, the unit has to sit directly on top of the dryer. The moisture collection cup will pop open (causing the unit to stop working) because of the dryer (or neighboring washer) vibration. I've duct taped it closed, but it is a bit of a hassle to empty and retape it. However, it is sill a huge improvement over other interior vents. The only thing I would trade it for would be a new house with an exterior vent!

Style: Indoor Dryer Vent with Dehumidifier
We used to have a non-venting washer/dryer combo, but it started taking longer and longer (sometimes up to SIX HOURS!!!) to dry a simple load of laundry. We had the dryer vent professionally inspected and cleaned as good as they were able to, but they discovered that part of the vent up inside the wall going towards the roof was smooshed and would cost a couple thousand to repair it (not to mention having to repair drywall in our condo as well as our upstairs neighbor's!). We don't have that kind of money (and didn't want to cause trouble with/for our upstairs neighbor either), so we looked at alternatives. That's when we came across this little gem! Oh my gosh... it works like a dream for us! It was so easy to set up. The hardest part was clamping it to the vent hose... and only because of all the sharp edges on it. Otherwise, it's as easy as screwing a clamp on and clicking it in place. We opted not to hang it on the wall, but rather got a tall cabinet that sits right by the stacked washer/dryer and set it on top of that. There's good ventilation all around, so no worries there. And, it sits on its own too. I was afraid it would warm up our condo a LOT, but it really only warms it up maybe 4-5 degrees. I just turn on the central air for a bit and it cools it right back down. We'll see how it does this summer (I'm in Arizona where it gets up over 110 degrees F). As for drying time... We tested the dryer using the smooshed vent line and it took about an hour and a half to get everything dry (and that was after taking shirts and underwear out early). The first time using this dehumidifier vent, I set the dryer for 60 minutes and everything was dry. The next time, I set it for 50 minutes... all dry. I've set it as low as 40 minutes and, depending on which bath towels I washed (we have some that are a little thicker and heavier than others), everything has been dry. The sweet spot for loads with the heavier bath towels seems to be 50 minutes. That's impressive for us considering they would take 1.5 or more hours in the non-venting washer/dryer combo... and occasionally, for unknown reasons, would sometimes take up to 6 hours to wash and dry completely. The filter catches a LOT of lint. I never actually knew THAT MUCH lint left the dryer. That's scary. If we hadn't had our dryer vent inspected and "cleaned" out, we may have just used it as is and assumed the dryer itself took a long time to dry... and potentially had a serious fire hazard on our hands. But, with this dryer vent, we can SEE how much lint there is and it'll always be clean and lint-free. That gives us more piece of mind. We do wish that we could find replacement filters for this unit. I've searched Amazon and have not found any yet. I reached out the seller but never heard back from them. I found a roll of the same material that I plan to order and cut my own from. I guess that will save us money in the long run too. Don't freak out the first time you use it... you will have a bit of smell from it. But, that went away pretty quickly for us. We have noticed a bit of dust up on the shelf where it sits. That's easy enough to wipe off. It hasn't really collected much water yet, but any collected is better than none. We have an actual room dehumidifier nearby if the air start to get too moist. We like that it shows the room temperature and humidity level as it runs. Overall, this dryer vent is expensive - especially compared to the more simply designed interior venting options out there, but it's well worth it in our opinion. It's not just "venting" into a silly little bucket full of water that you have to constantly babysit.
