I LOVE this sweater! It’s thick and cozy and extremely flattering. The gold metal buttons on the neck and shoulder make this garment feel super luxurious. The horizontal stripes hit me in all the right spots to accent my curves. The fabric has stood up well to washing in warm to cool water with like color clothing. Overall I’m extremely happy with this piece. My only caution with this sweater is the weave is a little on the delicate side, even though it’s a thicker sweater. I was brushing my hair wearing it and snagged a bunch of threads around the neck. I wasn’t brushing hard, and my bristles barely brushed the fabric. I was able to very gently tug them back into place. Ever since then, I’ve been careful to not get the sweater caught on anything. This exceeded my expectation. It is soft, not too heavy, perfect for a fall day outdoors. The navy and white are crisp and the buttons are a nice touch. I bought a large and can wear it on its on and if it is really cold, a blouse under it would add a layer without too much bulk, so it isn’t super fitted, but not bulky feeling or sloppy. I want to add that I just looked at this sweater again and am even happier with my purchase. I’m the picture o thought the buttons were gold but wished they were silver. They are in fact silver. This sweater is so elegant and soft! I bought the navy blue with white stripes and love it. I am an XS but had to buy a S since that's the smallest size they offer. It doesn't look bad or too baggy. A few weeks later, I bought a Wine Red and when I received it, it is way too brown. It is not the deep wine red that it looks like at all...more of a faded wine with brown undertones. Debated whether to send it back or not. I like the richer colors and this is more pale that I would like. Will see if I like it enough to keep it. But the navy is a definite keeper! ... show more

The sweater is very nice, style, fit, softness, warmth but the color is not true. This one I ordered was to be wine, turns out more of a berry color. Had the same problem with the Rust/Red color and black one that turned out to be Halloween orange.
