This is a great little mirror for a purse, travel bag, or toiletry kit. It's important to keep expectations realistic—because of its small size, it isn't a substitute for a full-size countertop magnifying mirror. If you're doing detailed makeup application or tweezing, you'll probably still prefer a larger mirror at home. That said, for quick touch-ups and checking your appearance while traveling, it's excellent. The magnification is helpful, and the built-in lights are surprisingly bright. I've found them especially useful in dimly lit hotel rooms, restaurants, or other spaces where good lighting isn't available. The mirror is compact, lightweight, and easy to carry, and I love the blue color. It's attractive without being flashy and feels like a nice quality item for the price. This is such a cute little mirror. I love the lighting option of the button on the back if you want the light on or off. It is a double mirror with magnification on the top mirror. It would have been nice if they would have put the lights on the top mirror instead of on the bottom. It comes with (2) 2032 batteries which were dead when I got it. It hardly takes up any room at all in my cosmetic bag in my purse. It comes in 15 colors making it hard to decide because they are all nice. I returned it. It is a good size and weight to use. The only issue that I had with it was the lights. They are too bright for this size, and if you want to use the mirror with the lights off, the holes make it hard to see your face properly.
