This silverware set is pretty nice. It's made of 18/10 stainless steel and it feels like it. The silverware has a pretty good weight to it without being heavy. It's very easy to use by everyone in our family (even our toddler). The silverware set feels pretty sturdy and does not bend easily. We've used it with ice cream and steak and all the utensils holds up to our usage very well! The fork is sharp enough to pick ups both meat, lettuce or veggies. The knife is sharp enough to cut either seafood or chicken and the soups are large enough to accommodate reasonable bites of soup or cereal. The set cleans well in the dishwasher and comes out looking nice and shiny. The set has a nice standard traditional look to it that's perfect for both daily usage or special occasions. I'm very happy with this utensil set and would absolutely recommend it!

This four person stainless steel set looks and feels great. It has a good weight to it, but is not too heavy. Each piece is stamped with the โKINGSTONEโ brand. My only concern is the add says itโs dishwasher safe, but the insert inside the package recommends hand washing for longer term use. Iโm not sure how long it will last with dishwashing.

This is a 20 piece set of stainless steel flatware containing: 4 knives, 4 forks, 4 salad forks, 4 teaspoons and 4 tablespoons. The pattern is teardrop and they have a timeless and classic appearance with a highly polished mirror finish. The pieces are not heavyweight, but do have a decent weight and are well proportioned. The knife cuts well. The pieces are larger and longer than my old very used flatware, so they do not fit in my old silverware organizer. Be aware of that if you are replacing older used flatware. This new set has no flaws, scratches or unpolished edges and so far I have not had problems with this silverware in either appearance or function. However, the website calls this "highest quality 18/10 stainless steel, which has strong anti-corrosion and rust resistance compared to other materials." It also claims this flatware is dishwasher safe. However, when it arrived, it came with a card (see photo) that states: -Recommend hand washing for longer term use. -Please do not use wire brushes or hard sponges to prevent scratches, keep the silverware smooth. -Please clean the set wth mild detergent before first using to wash off any processing residue. -Please wash it after using, taking special care not to soak for long periods as soaking can permanently damage silverware. -Please completely dry the product and store in an exceedingly dry place for durability. The reason I ordered this set of flatware was the claim that this is "highest quality 18/10 stainless steel." KINGSTON 18/10 is stamped the back of the pieces. My old set of 18/10 flatware is nearly 40 years old, has been cleaned in the dishwasher, undoubtedly on occasion been left out soaking in water, and some pieces have accidentally dropped into the garbage disposal. My old set remains usable but with the dings and dents and 40 years of use it needs replacing. If this is highest quality 18/10 flatware why should I need to hand wash it, and protect it from soaking and keep it dry? It makes me wonder if this set is prone to corrosion, pitting or rust. I have no way of knowing how durable this flatware is. So I'm going to use it as I have been using my old flatware, and if I encounter problems I will update this review. This silverware is great. We got this for our son who is moving into an apartment. The pattern is very plain which is great, and the pieces are a mid-weight so they should stand up to some use.

I ordered this set for my daughter, who is moving away to college soon. The pieces are quite large, and have quite a bit of heft. They have a glossy mirror finish. My hope is that they will be durable and sturdy enough. She won't have a dishwasher, so she will be handwashing the individual pieces. I was a little surprised that the instructions say not to soak them, and to hand wash. For her purposes, this is totally fine, but if I was purchasing them to use at home, I would definitely require that they be able to be washed in a dishwasher. They feel quite solid, so perhaps the worry is that the shiny finish would not stand up to the harsher detergents of a dishwasher. In any case, she loves the way they look, so I'm very happy with my order.

The picture on the right is my current silverware and itโs only a year old! I got it as a gift and my opinion on giving silverware as a gift is, to not do it unless you know exactly what the recipient would like. I mean the exact ones. Itโs a very personal choice as there are so many styles out there! I saw these and had to order them! I thought that if I liked them enough I will buy more; and I like them very much! They exceed my expectation as far as their appearance. These are made from 18/10 stainless steel like most other silverware, but the design and attractiveness is so much prettier than so many sets Iโve seen. I am ordering another set and if they hold up as good as I expect and hope, I will add more sets. Great price with the coupon which makes it a great value. If these donโt hold up as I expect, I will update the review. Iโm very happy I came across these and Iโm excited to replace what I have.

This is a nice option for daily use cutlery at home. They feel decent, go through the dishwasher without issues, but they are not overly elegant to the touch or to look at. If you don't expect them to replace your "fancy" cutlery when the in-laws are coming to visit and you want to impress, these will do just fine for your everyday meals.
