When I purchased my Roku directly from the manufacturer, they sold me a Lexar 2GB microSD for about what I spent for this High Endurance Kingston 32GB with Full HD 95MB/s. Ever since I started using my Roku Ultimate, I've encountered slow and sluggish performance, channels kicking out mid-stream, replaying of programming that just aired, poor quality picture, freezing, crashing etc. - I just popped this disk in and my entire experience has changed drastically. I feel like my Roku is brand new. I'm enjoying it more than ever now. - I've seen people suggest that there is no reason to have more than a few GB of space on the flash memory card as the Roku doesn't do much with it. I eventually ended up using this card for my home security camera. This was a decent deal. I will buy anything else than a Samsung. (long unrelated phone drama) I got to thinking about endurance after looking for hard drives for another setup. I would rather not have to think about or deal with a dead card in a surveillance device! Failure would likely happen at the worst time. I seem to have an electronic curse. I originally purchased this item for my car dashcam. The dashcam has a crippled firmware. I tried 128G, 64G nothing! I formatted & created blank files and folders. I tried the cam erase function but it did not see or understand the capacity. I even tried partitioning the drives. 1 partition & rest free space, tried 2 partitions, & even tried gpt versus mbr (I know a 1 in a million chance). I ordered a 32G high endurance for dashcam. I thought well hell I can always use a micro sd card for something! I ended up using this in my home security camera. The partition truck worked previously with home cam. ... show more

Purchased a 128gb card for one of my Wyze v3 cams in January of 2022. It died within 3 weeks. I got a replacement via Amazon as Kingston wanted me to use Amazon instead of Kingston for a replacement. The "replacement" lasted much longer, but sadly only another 10 months. In contrast, the Samsung Pro Endurance, and SanDisk Endurance as well as the SanDisk Ultra's I also purchased at the same time are all working without issue *so far* in the same cameras. I can warranty the card, but at this point I'm not sure it's worth it. Not one, but 2 failures in less than a year. At this point, I'm not sure that Kingston understands what the word "endurance" means... ... show more

Anyone with a Thinkware dashcam likely is familiar with the woes of their "proprietary" memory card formatting. I've tried SanDisk, Samsung, and a few other generic micro SD cards and all of them fail in the camera ("memory card format required" on every startup, despite multiple reformats). Thinkware sells their own cards for 4-5x the price of competitors. Thankfully this card works like a charm! It works, has been reliable for over a year of daily use in all conditions. I have had no issues with recording video, nor retrieving it when connected to a computer. Seems fine, but will update it if something changes. I am currently using the equivalent samsung high endurance card as well, in another vehicle, as a point of reference. ... show more

My main disappointment with this product is that it has less capacity than one of my Samsung cards which is labeled as 32GB. I had hoped to clone my 32GB samsung card and replace with a more durable alternative, but my card sizes don't match so this can't be achieved without some partition resizing.

It's nice to see some of the brand name companies starting to make high endurance SD cards. I have a BlackVue 590W2CH dash cam in my car and they don't play well with off brand SD cards. Problem is, their SD cards are ridiculously overpriced (seriously, a 128GB BlackVue card is $150 at the time of this review). Plus, I mean, it's Kingston, a brand I've trusted with my memory needs for years. If you came to this review specifically for using in a BlackVue, get their Windows Viewer app for Win/Mac and format the SD card inside that program, that's it. ... show more
