This is a very nice looking, masculine ring that feels like quality material. It has a heavy feel when you take it out of the box, but not to the point it would feel like a chore to wear. It's smooth and comfortable on the inside and has a nice texture on the outside that's fun to fidget with. I got this ring because I just wanted to protect my actual wedding ring. We’ve been doing a lot of DIY projects, and I didn’t want to get just one of those silicone rubber ones. I like the look of this one so I decided to get it. Whenever I ordered this, they didn’t have an 8 1/2 which is my size in a men’s ring, but the eight fit pretty well. First off it came in a very nice box, it looks great. It’s nice and slick on the inside and the outside. My only gripe is because I was looking to use this for a DIY use only ring. I’m just not sure if the whole thing really is tungsten carbide, or if they put multiple materials together, and that affected it. To be clear, the center line which looks really cool, just picks up gunk. My other one which was smooth you could just wipe stuff off of it. This one either gets nicked on that centerline or there’s gunk there. I don’t have a magnifying glass, but I can see issues with it. Also, because there’s the silver and black, I just am not sure if that silver section is tungsten carbide or if it’s some kind of stainless steel or something. Regardless my main issue is that it does show either scuffing or smearing on that black band in the center and in the crevices between where the black and silver beat .
